Drink is fine. Parking kinda suck. Didn’t get the chance to sit inside.

Solid and consistent bubble tea spot with surprisingly good finger food too. They worked hard to stay open during Covid and they continue to deliver quality drinks like bitter melon tea, brown sugar boba and other fruit teas. They are fast and never too busy, and provide decent seating.

After a quick search, I decided to get bubble tea here. The service was fine and there was a good amount of space + tables. I got the taro milk tea with 30% sugar and bubbles for about $6.50. The milk tea tasted watery with a hint of floral. The bubbles were firm and were mostly there for texture. Not the best taro bbl tea I've had, but their other drinks seem interesting to try.

The bubble tea is usually fine but the food has made me sick multiple times. I tried it once again today and once again my entire evening was spent on the toilet. There's lots of other bubble tea places in the area so I'm probably not coming back.

Nothing special about the drinks but they do have a decent selection. I got the creme brulee milk tea and it was okay.

My go-to bubble tea shop! The customer service is great and drinks and food are consistently delicious. The mango coconut pomelo drink is my fave and always hits the spot. A fan favorite for the entire family!

Ordered:- Cheese Gyokuro Tea (tea was smooth and the cheese was creamy, not too sweet, slightly salty)- Mango coconut (Can't go wrong with fruit + coconut milk. It's a good non-caffeinated option and you can adjust the sugar level.)- Popcorn chicken (Came with a sweet sauce. Standard popcorn chicken, similar to other bbtea places).Overall, I enjoyed the tea here. The cheese foam is really good if that's your thing. My friend really enjoyed the mango coconut drink. Service was pretty quick (a bit less than 10 min. for the popcorn chicken to be ready).Place was not busy on a weekday afternoon/evening, so there was plenty of seating available.

I love Mi tea but I had a really bad online ordering experience. I ordered from here yesterday ( sep 23) and I got the peach green tea slush, coconut milk with mango pudding and the fried milk.Peach Green Tea Slush: 7.5/10If you appreciate drinks with a "perfumey flavor," this one's for you!Fried Milk: 8.5/10Incredibly delicious, although I wished it came with condensed milk, as it typically does at most restaurants. If you prefer desserts that aren't overly sweet, this is a great choice.Coconut Milk with Mango Pudding: 0/10I ordered this with high hopes, being a fan of both coconut and mango. However, it was a colossal disappointment. Upon taking a sip, I actually gagged - it tasted like expired coconut milk. I'm not sure if I received a bad batch or if it's meant to taste this way, but it was so awful that I had to request a refund and discard the entire drink. As I disposed of it, I noticed clumpy white chunks, which might be an indicator of expired milk. It's possible they were coconut chunks, but given the sour and unpleasant taste, I highly doubt it. The saving grace was the mango pudding, which was enjoyable. Mi Tea should seriously reconsider this drink's recipe or consider removing it from the menu entirely because it tasted spoiled.

Food is yummy. The service is fast and kind. Quiet place. With not that much seating. Little expensive.

Ample seating, storefront looks really small but once inside it extends quite long. It's nice and airy inside and drinks came fast. We ordered a Strawberry Pineapple Green Tea with Lychee Jelly and Watermelon Peach Green Tea, both with 70% sugar. Glad we did because the drinks do generally tend to be sweeter than I'd like. These cold drinks were only available in the large size so heads up for anyone who may have wanted a smaller size.
