June 2025: I passed here tonight and about 2 weeks ago and the place is closed once again.
Nov 2024: I been here a few times before they closed down. This is my first time being here since they reopened some months ago. I got the fish platter and added pitta bread. The total was $11.30. It was a dual price adjustment on the receipt. I have not seen that on receipts before but have seen service fees so it could be that. I forgot what kind of fish he said it was but it was fresh. So was the fries and salad. However, the pita bread was not and the rice was clumped together. It seems as though it was not properly separated after it was cooked.
Ordered chicken over rice with pita bread with a soda. Guy forgot my pita bread and the food was horrible, it had literally no flavor at all. You smell the spices but the chicken had zero flavor and on top of that it was covered in oil. Plate was $16 for pita and a soda, which was a super small portion and the fries it came with was just bad. Don’t buy from here it’s not worth your money. There’s many halal options that are much better than this spot.
Horrendous. They should've stayed closed. Ordered waffle fries and they were soggy, limp and almost see-through from the tremendous amount of oil in them. And apparently, the cashier is also the cook. Save yourselves and don't come here. Such a waste of money.
Typical fast food joint, they do have salads though
Ordered the Monster Burger Combo for $16.80 and left disappointed. The burger was a total mess—sliding off the bun like it was trying to escape. There was way too much sauce. Mayo and ketchup were oozing out like someone squeezed a bottle directly into the bun. It completely overpowered any flavor the burger might’ve had. Seriously, it was more like eating a sauce sandwich than a burger.
The fries didn’t help either. Instead of a crisp, natural french fry taste, they were coated in something that made them feel heavy and greasy. A simple fry with a bit of salt or light seasoning would’ve been way better.
To top it off, the atmosphere was borderline unbearable. It was burning hot inside. I was sweating the entire time and when I asked if they could turn on the AC, the guy just opened the door like that would fix it. Spoiler: it didn’t.
The cook really needs to understand sauce ratios—and if you’re going to drench a burger in mayo and ketchup, at least mention it on the menu. Nothing about that combo felt worth the price or the sweat. Won’t be back.
Too oily chicken burger, price was high but I expected high. Fries was ok
The mixed gyro was great. I was pleasantly surprised. I’m coming back. Thank you!
All is good yummy and tasty 👍🏻
So yummy!! The fries were perfectly crispy and delicious! The burgers were so so good with fresh ingredients. They also have vegetarian options! My husband got the falafel burger and I got the classic. 10/10. The price was really good and they are open late.

Munch Austin's Anda Shami Burger transported me straight back to Pakistan with the first bite. The flavors were authentic, perfectly seasoned, and brought back a wave of nostalgia. If you're craving traditional Pakistani ANDAY ALA BURGER??, this place is a must-visit!

If you suddenly have the craving for NYC public school lunch, this is the place to go. I wouldn’t say the guy working there was/is rude but is too busy with his headphone that we’ve had to repeat what we wanted/asked a few times. I ordered the fire alarm burger that comes with pepper Jack cheese came with American instead. when I told him he doubted me. He had to double check.
