Used to be a great place for some Halal burgers and sandwiches but now food don't taste as good as it did before. Staff working there don't seem too friendly and get a vibe that they give "I rather not see any customers".

They’re always closed this is my second time making a trip for nothing….the guy smokes hookah at exhale and doesn’t seem to want to operate the store. Used to love this place but they been slacking a lot lately

Ordered fries and a drink, they forgot to pack my fries. Anyone who orders takeout know the horrible feeling of getting home, unpacking your food, only to realize they forgot something. Worst part is they actually forgot my drink also, but I asked for it and they gave it to me. That should have been a reminder to them that I ordered a combo drink and fries. Poorly managed and should be avoided.

Very disappointing. Munch was the burger and wings place to go to when they first opened. The quality of the food has drastically depreciated. I used to love this place and crave the food. Now, I'd probably never go back. The meat in the burger was cold while the bun was hot. The wings were just fried and the sauce was poured on top of the fried chicken. It wasn't even tossed of coated properly. It's upsetting seeing halal food joints not care about the quality of food.

They changed management for a few years now and the food became literally soooooooooooooo gross. Gave it a try recently to confirm that it is still inedible.

The only reason I get food from here is because my daughter likes it for some reason. Never a good sign when the phone goes unanswered 3 times, so you have to walk in and get your food. Also not good when the counter person is not wearing a mask during a pandemic. Worse still is when said person goes to prepare the food sans not only said mask, but also without gloves, hairnet, etc. Suffice to say I canceled my order and left right then and there. I guess my daughter will have to find a new favorite spot.
Had a awesome experience in this spot with my kids. The food arrived rapidly and the service is just great. Prices are affordable.

I bought their gyro platter and I had to spit it out after one bite. It was so disgusting, it seemed like they made it with old/bad oil or something was expired because it tasted gross. Had to throw the whole thing away. What a waste of money. Don't waste your money here.

Oh how the mighty have fallen. I remember this place used to be the spot for halal "munchies" 4-5 years ago. Everyone ventured out to Forest Hills to eat there and then head over to Martha's. The dudes who owned the place used to play cool music and it would always be crowded. The wings were amazing because the skin was crispy. I was obsessed with their garlic parm wings and came back recently to get them. Unfortunately, it wasn't until after I ordered that I was told they didn't have that sauce anymore. So then I asked for buffalo sauce and they gave me sweet chili. Don't get me wrong, their wings are still great, just not the same. The man at the counter was on his phone the entire time barely covering his face with a mask. He beckoned us to come get our food instead of bringing it out. We ordered jalapeño poppers which were pretty bad. The breading wasn't crispy and it was actually falling off. The cream cheese was a little too sour...We got the munch wings and the sweet chili (not by choice). At the bottom of our wings was a random French fry. We also got the waffle fries which were the only saving grace of our meal. Crispy and delicious (but pretty hard to mess up). I think the worst offenders were the burgers. They were very unappetizing for the most part. I wanted to get the Wild Wild West burger but they were out of mushrooms. So I got the 5-Alarm burger that was covered in jalapeños and nothing else. The menu didn't say there would be lettuce and tomatoes but I just assumed. My bf got the Fully Loaded burger that was a little better. But we didn't finish either because of the actual patty. It tasted like a frozen patty and it just wasn't worth eating.
