No need to pay upcharge on the dashing services. Best for takeout but eating there is fine too if it's you and maybe one other. The orange chicken tastes best at the restaurant.

Food here is really good! I discovered this place recently and I enjoyed their food. Even though it’s further away from me I prefer to walk down here than get from the Chinese place closer to me on Metropolitan. Try New Panda you will love it! I’ve had the chicken corn soup, hot and sour soup, chicken and broccoli and spicy dry pot with sichuan peppercorns! Sooooo delicious!!

Recently tried the Pepper Steak and General TSO’s Chicken with my wife at this Chinese restaurant after the change in management and chef, and I must say, the flavors were outstanding! The pepper steak was perfectly seasoned and tender, while the general chicken had just the right amount of spice. Looking forward to exploring more of their new menu. They are definitely the best in the area! Must try!

This place was closed for a while and reopened with new management and menu - unfortunately, it's awful now. They are not careful about cross-contamination. Shrimp in my pork fried rice and a strong fish odor (maybe fish sauce?) in a vegetarian dish as well. Can't recommend eating here, especially if you have serious food allergies like I do. It's a shame, the old place was very reliable.

We have ordered from Panda many times before, usually its passable Chinese fare. But on this particular night, which I believe was a Wednesday around 6:30, no one answered the phone. They do have 2 numbers but got the same thing when I tried the other one, ringing and ringing until a voicemail system came on. Of course there was no message explaining why no one was picking up, even the food apps had the place as open. Very annoying and I haven't ordered there since.
