Pizza is good, typical of all Pizza Huts, staff is very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately it is all to go, you can no longer sit here and eat, all tables and chairs have been removed since covid 19 and have not been replaced. The place itself could use a renovation, but otherwise the pizza is good

I got my pizza after waiting for 1 HOUR!!!! wasn't even cooked right and had a bug on it. I WISH I TOOKEB A PICTURE OR SUE THEM. I was so disgusted I threw it out immediately. If there was option for lower than zero, I would choose the lowest

Pizza Hut has always been my favorite chain pizza establishment, that's why it pains me to not be able to give them a better rating and review. They don't have the best location. It's pretty much just like a stall, down a side street, next to the mall. You just grab your pizza and go or get delivery via Uber Eats. Their stuffed cheese crust is still the best one around. As for service, they do the best they can and never had an issue with their customer service. Shit happens and it's not a glorious job, so unless there's a safety hazard, take it easy. Also side note, all or most pizza places, including non chain restaurants, have been cutting back on their toppings I've noticed and this spot is no exception. Last time i ordered a veggie lover's, it felt like it was mostly stuffed crust and less space for toppings as well as less toppings. I wanna be able to taste all the toppings on each slice. But this time, instead of a large sized stuffed crust pie, we got the individual pan pizzas instead - regular cheese and a pepperoni with breadsticks, didn't come with marinara. The breadsticks were really good, flavorfully seasoned and soft on the inside. Cheese pan pizza was burnt so after trying a bite, decided i couldn't eat it. Not wasting daily intake of calories and carbs on something i wouldn't even throw to the pigeons. The pepperoni was less burnt, the cheese was ok but the pepperoni was extra crispy. We also got the penne and chicken alfredo. First time trying their pasta and also the last time. It was burnt and crispy on the top which made the top layer completely inedible. Didn't taste at all like alfredo sauce. Had this been the only thing i tried from here, I'd of never given it another chance.I feel like overall, chain restaurants are just tanking. Only visit here if you're passing by and don't have another option, or if you have a Pizza Hut itch that needs to be scratched. Will i eat from here again? Probably, but it's going to be months from now, enough time for me to forget about this experience.

The most laziest employees ever. This is how I received my breadsticks Zero seasoning. No marina sauce. Just bread.

Very difficult to reach. The mall where it is supposedly not even marked comes out as a local mall. I recommend locating the pizzeria better so that the client can find the place quickly.

If there was a zero rating it would be appropriate. I've ordered here 4 times 1 time they actually got my order right. The first time I placed an online order checked in and they said my pizza was in the oven and would be out in 5-10 mins. After waiting 20 mins I found out first they ran out of bacon and then 5 mins later they had issues with the pan crust rising. After waiting nearly 30 mins I was offered a regular large pizza which was not what I ordered and also a lesser value. If I wanted that I would have ordered that. I filed a complaint and they gave me a free pan pie which I ordered, unfortunately it was sad and was not a real pan pizza it was eating a large pan of bread with a little cheese and
