Orders food at 4pm to be delivered at 5. At 6pm I find out the food was never made and obviously never made it to me. Had to deal with my 4 hungry kids and all their “manager” had to say is that I will get a refund 🙄 HORRIBLE costumer service and problem solving skills. They just lost a costumer of 15 years.
