I placed am order for a party. It came on the wrong day, 3 days earlier, when I tried to rectify the situation,I got hung up on many times and was told I gave the wrong day by a rude man. I was blamed for the day by the delivery man. Who works in an office on a Sunday? I see they sent the same food from SUNDAY ON WEDNESDAY. WRAPS W FISH WERE DISGUSTING and OLD FOR SURE. I HIPE NO ONE GETS SICK. BEWARE! I USED TO ORDER FROM HERE AND RECOMMEND, NEVER AGAIN! I see you resonded and apologize. If you truly apologize then don't fight the credit I put requested for the old spoiled food thru my cc. Do better.

I was at a retirement party at work, which was catered by your company. The wraps smelled awful and were quickly thrown out. The boreckes were hard and old. Later, I was told that the order was mistakenly delivered 4 days before the party and taken back. Was the same stuff refrigerated and sent back. I suspect yes. Sad……..

Dude with the mustache behind the counter does not know how to run a business, ordered 60$ worth of food for dine in and 1 item was very stale and instead of exchanging a 3$ stale/old item he decided to argue with me over it instead of exchanging it for me.

I used to love coming here but every time I see that middle aged guy with the mustache behind the counter I remember why I will never return. Extremely rude, doesn't care about proper customer service, and SO SLOW. Every time he's there I know I'll have to re-explain my order 10 times before he gets it right. Insane!

I usually order 2 pies on Sundays cause that’s when I hang out with my son and nieces and nephews; I gotta say they love their pizza! Nice place for families. Clean and tasty; sometimes they get really busy so gotta be patient( worth it!)

Ordered a veggie slice, they gave me mushroom slice when I asked them to change it to the slice that I ordered which is a veggie slice. The owner said what am I gonna do with this? He did not exchange it, and he did not offer a refund. He refused to accommodate.. This review just cost him more than a Veggie slice.
