Just close the doors already. Rude and arrogant ownership plus bland and greasy food. Why bother supporting this place? I have tried Pizza Palace Café several times over the last year and a couple weeks ago was the final straw. I'm not sure what's more annoying, Edik's nasty attitude and fake persona or the drain/fruit/horse flies (depending on the season) that are regularly flying around inside... and always free of charge. Not exactly the definition of Kosher, gentlemen.

Simply the (Owner) guy behind the counter with the big Mustache has the biggest attitude problem, Gave us the wrong slices, then overcharged us twice. Nothing but rude and obnoxious.He should sell the business or close down! Nasty Communication skills

Got donuts from them for Chanukah. Paid a lot! It was in a pizza box - brought them home and opened them the next day since it was first night of Chanukah! They were flat like cookies and hard and had a bitter taste! I took them back and the owner was extremely rude and very poor customer service! Did not resolve or even apologize! Instead of trying to help he was screaming and arguing with me! This was one of my favorite pizza places for take out and to go to with my family at least once a week! I will never give them business and due to the rude owner I recommend to go to another cafe!

Came in for breakfast, asked the person behind the counter what the menu item consists of, the guy just shrugged. It was like talking to a wall. Had to walk out and go to Dunkin Donuts across the street. Kosher spots aren’t all that to begin with, sub par food in addition to horrible service and prices that are almost double compared to non kosher places. Just not worth the trouble.I hope the owner(s) see this review and make necessary changes and train the staff accordingly.

Was told over the phone by one of the workers, Roberto, that rice balls are warmed up in the microwave, (not in the brick oven like it suppose to be?!), you need to specific he said. My rating is 0 for he's nasty attitude and arguing with me like I don't know how italian food is warmed up or cooked.

Outrageous service. I ordered one pie pizza they told me over the phone. It will take 30 minutes which it was not a problem. However, I came to pick up my order. The pizza was gave away to other people after all 10 minutes after my arrival, the clerk did not know how to approach to me, then he told me we do not know what happened to your order but the pizza is missing. I’m like seriously? I waited 40 minutes you telling me this. They are like if you want,we can make a new pizza it will take a 20 to 25 minutes no apologies nothing how can you run a business like this Shame on you. I’m sorry if it does hurt your business, but you have to learn your lesson..
