Red Pipes is a great option for a relaxing, warm, and welcoming cup of tea, coffee, and a snack. I have never had a negative experience here. Lots of tea options - herbal and caffeinated - apple cider, lemonade, coffees, gluten free pastries (!!!), and light lunch options. The atmosphere is casual and conducive to sitting by yourself or meeting a friend. I've seen people of all ages, races, backgrounds here - students studying together, retired ladies having a group gathering,...
This is the only coffee shop that I've been to in the area that's worth going to. The woman behind the counter is super nice, and the space is well-cultivated. I can get an okay cappuccino here. I like it.
The spot is not fully vegan, but you have no idea with the amount of pastries to choose from. There are so many cookies, cupcakes, brownies, and cakes. Not to mention three different types of vegan sandwiches, and the soup of the Day. That’s always vegan.
