Awful food. No taste at all. Even mouse will avoid this food compared with garbage.

Got the quarter chicken with sautéed broccoli, coconut matcha smoothie, and flourless chocolate cake. The chicken was so dry and bland I couldn't eat it, I was almost choking on it. The broccoli was steamed, not sautéed, and had no seasoning whatsoever. The flourless cake was just chocolate mousse and the smoothie tasted like cold vomit. Wish I could get refunded through uber eats.

The marketing photos of this place are nice but it was a total let down. Less than mediocre experience all around. Felt confused and disrespected.

It's disgusting if you order a 1/4 chicken and you choose the breast they charge you $2 dollars more I've never seen anything like that I don't recommend it it's a STEAL
Nice more natural alternative to breakfast coffee shop, a lot of menu items

They could not deliver my order because their delivery drivers only use bicycles and it was raining. Waited over an hour and a half. Ridiculous.

So this was the first time ordering from this place. Placed through phone with their menu. Whole rotisserie chicken with 4 sides @ $24.95. On the phone we were informed that their menu has changed and the price went up to $31.00. Ok no problem. We went to pickup and found the price is still 24.95. Their current menu says 24.95. I respectfully informed the woman at the register and showed her the stack of menus with 24.95 price. She had no answer and just a foolish grin. I was with my wife and did not want her to be embarrassed so we paid and left. I think the owner should reply to me. This seems like a money grab on people who don’t pay attention

I had a serious rotisserie chicken craving today, so I ordered one for delivery. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the most bland chicken I've ever had. Huge disappointment!

Not my first time ordering but will be my last…Ordered a Rotisserie chicken sandwich which seemed alright, didn’t smell but I should’ve know from previous orders this particular sandwich shouldn’t have been as soggy as it was. Nonetheless I ate it anyways thinking it was the gravy. I felt heavy afterwards and a couple hours later I start feeling nauseous and dizzy. Thankfully I’m not hospitalized but this wasn’t something I’d want to experience nor should anyone else. Please take a look at the chicken before serving it

I'm very disappointed today in how an Uber Eats delivery was handled by cashier/ front desk employee Gram. I called because I did not receive my chicken panini sandwich and so I called to inquire and let them know I'd be reordering, but to make up for the mistake I'd really appreciate an orange juice instead of the fry as I had already received an order of fries with no sandwich and additional order because they are just so good. In fact the last time I went there I told the cook in the open kitchen how much I liked their fries and he let me have a few extra fresh. Real class. Before I could even ask about the orange juice Gram explained that he put the chicken panini in there. I believed Gram as an Uber eats driver could have potentially taken the sandwich... It would have made sense in retrospect to ask Gram where he put it because if he said the top I could have easily deducted it was taken, however I just chose to believe him and not question him, but I did then ask for him to provide the Oj on my next order instead of the fries and this is when good old Gram really hammered it down that because this was not their mistake they could not provide an Oj. I said I understood and I'm in the industry as well, but it'd really mean a lot because regardless of whether it was the stores fault or Uber, which I still don't know for sure considering my chicken tenders that I also ordered did not come with the honey mustard as advertised, if he could understand I had several orders of fries there an Oj would really cheer me up and make me feel even better about having to re-order due to an Uber or store error. Instead it was hammered down once again this time even more so and during all this I'm having a very hard time getting a word in. I said I understood and hung up. I left a message on the Uber order after the call and this is what I got. My panini, with the fries crossed off, and no Juice. Pretty spiteful of you Gram. I'm not sure where all that spite came from, but it doesn't belong in the service industry. Wouldn't even provide the fries or the OJ all because I called to inquire about a missed item and explain I'd be re-ordering it. I was met with utmost unprofessionalism and am disappointed because when I come in there I always speak highly of the place and receive positivity from the crew.

This review is for the coffee only. I drink coffee black and appreciate the flavor profiles and notes of good coffee. I’ve tried both the hot and cold and both were to my liking.
I've wanted to give this everything from a 2.5* to 3.5* so I'll split the difference and give it three starts. The Good: La Colombe beans are pretty good and they (generally) prepare it well. This ends up being one of the better unflavored lattes in the area, which counts for a fair amount! Service is extremely quick and you can always get a table. The Not-So-Good: Staff is consistently unfriendly and rarely goes the extra mile. Even basic things like getting a straw or having them shake the drink feel difficult to request. The flavors are really not good at all -- I ended up throwing away most of my vanilla latte. There's also inconsistency in the quality of the drinks: sometimes it's great and sometimes it's pretty mediocre.Overall, given the dearth of good coffee options around here, I'd go here in a pinch but I don't really recommend it.
