I've wanted to give this everything from a 2.5* to 3.5* so I'll split the difference and give it three starts.The Good: La Colombe beans are pretty good and they (generally) prepare it well. This ends up being one of the better unflavored lattes in the area, which counts for a fair amount! Service is extremely quick and you can always get a table.The Not-So-Good: Staff is consistently unfriendly and rarely goes the extra mile. Even basic things like getting a straw or having them shake the drink feel difficult to request. The flavors are really not good at all -- I ended up throwing away most of my vanilla latte. There's also inconsistency in the quality of the drinks: sometimes it's great and sometimes it's pretty mediocre.Overall, given the dearth of good coffee options around here, I'd go here in a pinch but I don't really recommend it.

Very unfriendly people behind the counter. First I ordered bagels w lox spread, I asked if they were fresh, man assured me they were but said he would heat it up anyway.After waiting for a while I got the bagels n went home . Bagels were hard like a rock we couldn't eat them, had to toss them in the garbage. Terrible experience. I don't recommend this place, the man was dishonest, sold me very old bagels. Never again.

I had the lamb gyro special, and it was...odd. Standard tasty lamb gyro but with large chunks of cucumber and wilted romaine lettuce. The menu said on pita but it came on a whole wheat tortilla (please update the menu).Luckily it was assembled and packed neatly so I could remove the lettuce, but I wouldn't recommend this item.I saw some others eating different soup, sandwiches, and fries that looked good, so maybe I'll try again in the future.

Great place! Super pleasant and always welcoming owner, warm atmosphere and good acoustic music playlists. We enjoy tasty coffee and croissants there a few times a week. Wishing them many more successful years here. Highly recommended!

If you're thinking about going here for the chicken, just buy a rotisserie chicken from a supermarket. The sad 1/2 sweet potato was completely unseasoned and the 1/4 chicken was smaller than the palm of my hand. $14 for this is insane. Not eating here again.

Sadly, I paid $15.50 for a salad with no meat. If it had been fresh and not rotten greens, I wouldn't have minded. But the fact that much of the salad was rotted or wilted, I can't justify paying those prices. When I called to let them know, they couldn't have cared less and let me know so. All good, plenty of other places to go for better service and fresh food.

Love the coffee but wish they were actually open when they say they are. I've been here 3 separate times at 7:15 a.m. and they are never open and the door is locked. Yesterday I verified with them that they are open at 7 a.m., too.
