I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but when Raquel left, I stopped because my order usually got messed up. My recent experience was disappointing. I was about to be charged for condiments that have always been free, with no notice. After telling the young lady that I never used to pay for it, she said you could take it now, but next time, you have to pay.There were no signs in sight that customers have to pay for the condiments at a pizzeria.
It’s unacceptable to start charging for something that was always included without clearly informing customers. This kind of surprise charge feels sneaky and unprofessional. If policies change, customers deserve to be told upfront—not hit with unexpected fees at the register. This experience has me rethinking whether I’ll be coming back.
If you're going to charge for every little thing, you will lose customers and profits.

So I'm staying at a hospital never been here in my life order stuffed shells and the ricotta cheese isn't cooked thoroughly.. I have been up for 10 hours waiting surgery to be over and now starving when I call the only thing they have to say is no way we put in the oven at so and so degrees.. can't be .. never happened smh ? glad I don't live closer

The staff, service and delivery services is absolutely awful. They overcharge, food is subpar and if you order using Uber or food services they won’t deliver and want to charge additional outside of app. They’re a rip off and awful service.
Rosalia’s has been our go-to pizzeria in the neighborhood for the past two years whenever our friends come over for a house party. Very satisfied with the quality, speed of service, and location on Queens Blvd. We highly recommend the Vodka Pizza (with Sausage) and Tartufata Pizza.
