So I'm staying at a hospital never been here in my life order stuffed shells and the ricotta cheese isn't cooked thoroughly.. I have been up for 10 hours waiting surgery to be over and now starving when I call the only thing they have to say is no way we put in the oven at so and so degrees.. can't be .. never happened smh ? glad I don't live closer

The staff, service and delivery services is absolutely awful. They overcharge, food is subpar and if you order using Uber or food services they won’t deliver and want to charge additional outside of app. They’re a rip off and awful service.
Rosalia’s has been our go-to pizzeria in the neighborhood for the past two years whenever our friends come over for a house party. Very satisfied with the quality, speed of service, and location on Queens Blvd. We highly recommend the Vodka Pizza (with Sausage) and Tartufata Pizza.
I got the pizza have a hair in the pizza I called them . It’s a big back long hair And the cashier is very awful I called them on that day and I would like to get money back they said no policy to give the money back and then she said she would like to give me the credit for $13 (3slides of pizza ) and then when we back to buy something else she said No for credit . They said I supposed to bring back but on that day she never said that !!!! Bad experience to me very dirty restaurant.

Food is good, service used to be great. They have a spanish lady that doesn’t understand English. She ruined our orders twice. My neighbor told he got the same issue. Nothing against Spanish people but come on. It is common sense.
