Customers pay for products with the expectation of integrity, proper management, and food safety. When employees casually take store items for personal exchanges, it raises serious concerns about accountability, inventory control, and overall business ethics. This kind of behavior should never be tolerated in a properly managed establishment.

This place is so nice for many reasons the place is clean,the menu and the workers make it an amazing experience.I was unsure what to order but the lovely young lady at the front helped me with patience.She had great energy overall will come back.

I ordered a frozen yogurt from SoBol through Door Dash, and the yogurt came with black hair inside it (I inserted a photo). I was so disgusted, I threw it right into the garbage. I called them up to tell them about it, and the girl was giving me a weird attitude over the phone. I 100% DO NOT recommend this place, unless you want hair inside of your frozen yogurt.

In no way am I displeased with the hard working young ladies of this establishment. They were personable and obviously hard working. However, the smoothies my wife and I ordered were horrible. The ingredients tasted like something had gone bad. We ordered a strawberry smoothie which my 4 year old spit out immediately when he first tried it. I thought he was just being a four year old. I then tasted the strawberry smoothie and it was deplorable. I wanted to go back and tell them but the establishment had become quite crowded and the girls were already busting their humps. My advise to management: have more than two girls working in a busy day like Saturday and for the love of God please check the freshness of your ingredients. $10 down the drain literally.

Not sure what spirulina is. But it’s blue and I love blue. It’s pretty, it’s tasty, it’s big. I had the options to add protein, collagen, peanut butter, and a kiwi. After this i went to the gym and I felt happy. I started coming every weekend. It’s just so good.

Really great place for acai bowls and healthy smoothies. Staff here is duper sweet and kind, makes you want to come back to this place more often. Acai bowls are very good, and you get different options to choose from.

We ordered here on Sunday with my daughters. There was a small issue with the order and the owner Alex was very gracious about it and told us to come in at anytime and get the same order on the house. They care about their customers and have outstanding customer service. The acai bowls are very delicious and are generous in terms of portions. Excellent treat on hot summer days! Best of luck to you guys!

It seems most of the people working here are inconsiderate when it comes to portions. I ordered an Açaí Bowl and and this is the third time I have received one with little to no açaí when that is the star of the bowl. Might as well stick with the other locations and stay far from this one. $34 spent and this is all the açaí I can get.

Put in an online order, when I got into the store I asked the young lady if it was done. Was told ten minutes. Well, fifteen minutes laster when I asked a different employee, he found my order just sitting there. Seems like she just said ten minutes to shut me up and didn’t bother to even look. So thanks for the soggy food that was overpriced and not given to me in a timely manner. Won’t be going back

My girlfriend’s smoothie had blue pieces of plastic in it…most likely from some sort of packaging. Ignored the first piece because well things happen and I didn’t want to be a bother, but then she slurped another piece and that’s when we figured it might’ve actually been blended into the smoothie.
