Rude barista today Sunday Jan 14th around 4pm, asked for a water when I was waiting for my drinks and was giving such a rude, disgusting response. He asked, Did I order this water at the register? And Why not, did you forget to? (Rolls eyes) No I’m here waiting for my drinks and would like some water, is that a problem? Is it coming out of your paycheck? If you don't like working in customer service then FIND A NEW JOB! Starbuck needs to start hiring better staff.

Today was the best experience I've had in a Starbucks and it was all due to my barista Blaize.It's a perfect name for his cool, friendly personality. I'm a very big coffee lover. Curiosity brought my interest to a chai latte (which I never had prior) Blaize gave me a sample. I liked it so I bought one. I asked what was in it and he happily discussed it with me. His customer service is top notch. I appreciated how friendly he made my visit.
Not a very welcoming environment. Unfortunately there was someone before me waiting on line (I assumed) I asked her if she ordered she said no and that she was waiting. I waited and made eye contact but none of the batista acknowledged me or the lady in front of me who seemed to be waiting a while. I decide to go ahead and use my app instead since it's clear they don't bother with in- store customer service. I step to the side to wait for my order and I see a man walk up and gets acknowledged immediately. When the woman in front of me complained that she had been waiting all this time the barista never really offered an apology or solution. She told the woman there was nothing she could do since the line started at the other end but there is no way of knowing that. If they would just have a sinage that says line starts here that would have solved the issue or at least acknowledged someone standing there waiting for a while. Very poor customer service. Unfortunately, I don't think I would be ordering from here again.

This is really one of the worst Starbucks. I'm leaving this review after literally my 10th bad visit. The customer service is non existent, the food in the case is always moldy, and they never get the order correct. Why can't they get it together.

Surprisingly, I like this Target location a lot more than the other Starbucks in Forest Hills. Staff is consistently professional and efficient, drinks are generally well made, and long wait times and stock outs are relatively infrequent. There can be some congestion at the busy times and inconsistencies between drinks depending on who’s on duty, but both of those issues are relatively minor. Recommended!

Had the worst Caramel Macchiato here I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. It was way too hot and the taste was like a watered down latte. There was no caramel syrup and all in all, it was nothing like a typical macchiato. If you’re looking for a decent coffee, I’d suggest giving this particular Starbucks a big miss.

Gil is the best barista. Drinks made by him are always on point and he’s always pleasant.
