Don’t go here guys!! Go to the one down the street.This Starbucks is in a stop & shop.. and doesn’t look legit.We went there today and I waited for the lady behind the counter to help us.She took a while and we could see she wasn’t doing anything.I thought she didn’t see us. So I said hello.She looked at me, said nothing, then went back to doing what she was doing.Weirdest experience I’ve had at Starbucks.We ended up leaving and going to the one down the road. Not worth the trip!

Once again, I only wasted time to come here! Completely irrationally, instead of preparing the coffee machine for morning use at the end of yesterday's shift, the staff happily left this task for those in the morning. The result - the coffee machine is still in "cleaning mode" at 7:30 and I cannot (once again...) taste Starbucks coffee... I don't know, maybe they need more attention or some training from the person responsible for this place. The location is rather favorable - a large supermarket and in addition there is a desert around and no competition, but such action is a gross misunderstanding... but why come here if you can't buy coffee here in the morning, when you need it most...Another issue is the random staff...

I usually get coffee whenever I go grocery shopping. So convenient. The staff are always nice especially since i get a minimum of 4 drinks for the family. Every 7th venti is free make sure to scan your stop and shop card

The worst Starbucks!! I don’t know if it’s being run by Starbucks or by Stop & Shop, but they really need to get it together. Today, and this is the 2nd time this has happened to me, the woman stands on the phone instead of taking your order, looks up at me but keeps texting, she then proceeded to leave the booth without saying anything. I asked if she was leaving. She said someone else is coming. The next girl came and then took 5mins to change her shirt in front of me and then took my order. How is this consistently ok with Starbucks or Stop & Shop?

I went to this location this afternoon at 3:45. The young lady who was working told me that they don't make decaf Frappuccinos. I've been coming to this location for eight years. I've only ever ordered decaf frapps, so I know they do make them. It seemed like she just didn't feel like making the order. Hopefully next time there will be someone working that is willing to make a drink for a customer.

Note This is not a standalone Starbucks store. It is a small space inside of the Stop & Shop grocery store. It took me forever just to find the entrance. As I looked around, a shopper took me to the entrance, on her way in the supermarket. Its on the lower level. You have to access the ramp or elevator entrance on the far side of the parking lot (near the entrance) to get to this Starbucks. The line only had about 4 people and I stood and waited for over half an hour. Still I did not get to the register. I ended up leaving and giving up. Missed my chance for a blue holiday cup.
