Had a horrible experience! Asked for bread with butter, they had no butter... asked for napkins, they had no napkins... asked for coke, they only had ginger ale, sprite, and seltzer water. Asked for Kunefe for dessert, and once again... they had no kunefe. Worst turkish restaurant I have ever been too! Waiter had the audacity to tell me “you came in on a wrong dayâ€... i didn't know there was a right day??

Wow the food in this place is amazing... one of the best Middle Eastern cuisine in the area... it's a very low key family style place.. From the service to the tasty food I give it 2 thumbs up...

Taci's is our favorite Turkish restaurant in New York City. The food was authentic, the atmosphere was inviting and relaxing. Great menu with a variety of choices. Service was excellent. Always enjoy dining at Taci's.

This is by far my favorite Turkish restaurant to dine in or even take out !! My husband &I were in the area and decided to give Taci's a try. &I am so glad we did! We had the JUICYYY ground lamb and chicken kabobs with an order of the eggplant with spicy tomato sauce and a cucumber tomato &onion salad topped with shredded feta cheese. EVERYTHING was made to perfection. I can't express how happy I am that we gave this restaurant a try. P.s. The decor and Turkish music made this experience even better !

We came here because it was local and looked like it had great reviews plus it's BYOB. I want to give this place a 3 1/2 - just not sure how. We had the cheese cigars, Shepherd salad and 2 of the cold eggplant salads(the waitress was nice enough to mix 2 kinds because we couldn't decide) all were delicious. Truth be told as far as the meat it was good but there's definitely better out there. Also didn't feel like it was traditional Turkish food in comparison to other Turkish restaurants around.

I just went in to order take-out. Ordered lamb chops and chicken kabobs. The food was bland. Felt like it was re heated from last night. The lamb chops was over cooked even when I specified to have them done medium. Tried ordering baba ghanoush but they were out of it so offered me a bootleg version that tasted terrible. Dont know what country food this is. Its definitely not Turkish. First and last time.
This is one of my favorite restaurants! The new management and staff is amazing! The beautiful ambiance and rustic decor is phenomenal. I ordered the mixed platter and it was delicious. I will be coming here again very soon! :)

I was very excited to finally try this place bc I always pass by it on my way to Trader Joe's. My husband and I finally tried it and were so disappointed by the service. The older waitress seemed annoyed when we walked in at 8 Pm (they close at 10) maybe she wanted to leave early I'm not sure but we pretty much were ignored for the first 10 mins of sitting while she set up other tables around us without giving us a menu. She only gave us the menu after I asked for it and then everything we wanted to order she said they were out of it. It was such a horrible and weird experience. I told her no rice with my kabobs and asked for salad and she gave me rice anyway. We didn't get refill on water. After meal she didn't offer desserts (which my husband and I both wanted) but at this point we were just happy to leave. I hope the right people read this and explain to her proper etiquette of customer service. Food was good - just unfortunate that the service was so terrible thanks to this woman.

Food arrived late while the restaurant was almost empty with 2 tables only including ours. Kababs were really dry and taste was nowhere near like good Turkish food. They didn't even have ranch sauce when we asked for it. I do not recommend this place and will not visit again.
