This is the quintessential local “dive bar”, you will see the same faces every time you walk in. You will also see the same staff members which is huge in my book. That means they are treated well! The food is killer too, my favorites being the nachos, the chicken Caesar salad, and the steak sandwich. I used to love the mozzarella sticks but for some reason they changed them to some really big weird ones. Also, they have half priced wings on Mondays and they are known for their killer wings! If you’re looking for fancy you will not find it…however if you’re looking for fun, good food, a jukebox, and all the sports you could dream of this is your place.

Tap Room is a great spot to grab a bite and a drink, especially if you're in the neighborhood for a show at Forest Hills Stadium. I stopped in before a recent concert and was impressed.
The beer selection is solid with some craft beers on tap as well as the standard stuff selection.
We ordered some food, including wings and sandwiches, and everything was delicious. The food was hot and well-prepared.
What really stood out was the service. The bartenders were incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. It’s clear they take pride in their work.
Overall, Tap Room offers great beer, great food, and great service. I'd highly recommend it if you're looking for a drink or food before a show.

Always a good scene, lots of regulars, and food/drinks served reasonably quick. Gets crazy packed for local games so arrive early.
A nice chill spot good shrimp tacos good price, had a glass of wine and shrimp tacos for 20 bucks.😃

Went here on April 26 around 10:30pm I thought it was a regular party’s bar but I guess at night it turns into a club/ bar downstairs is dj music playing up stairs is live band. The food was ok I give it 8/10 the burger bun was hard asf and the fries was very salty. Drinks are strong. You can tell who this place caters to mostly white People there so if you are black or Hispanic don’t expect them to play your kind of music lol. We ask the dj if he can play more culture music and he said “I know what I’m doing bruh but thanks” minds you no one was dancing to the music he was playing then when he started playing more culture music everyone was dancing and having fun. He plays mostly like jersey shore music nothing else.
Recommended dishes: Chicken Wings, Tap House Burger
