Great staff working at this Wingstop location, always attentive, anytime I have to make a special request they go above and beyond, not a single complaint ever. Other Wingstop locations and vendors should take note, I have a Wingstop closer by my location and I specifically go to this one just because of this. When this location first opened it was wonderful. Unfortunately, the cracks are beginning to surface and every one of my last three orders has been incorrect. The lemon pepper sauce was non-existent, and although I asked for fries with light seasoning, they were covered in what seemed like extra seasoning. The friendliness of the staff has gone by the wayside with the accuracy of orders and not even a “thank you” is said by them. The last time my order was wrong, I tried calling to place a new order and the phone rang continuously until a machine came on saying the voicemail had not been set up. In total, with the amount of new chicken places opening up on Austin St., I hope this location gets back to their former glory self before they meet their demise.

ordered last night when i got home and went to eat i was so disappointed. I ordered extra parmesan didn’t even get a sprinkle of parmesan and i waited until they were not busy to go inside i saw them cleaning up so it’s not like they were packed smh.
