Best donut I’ve had in decades!!!!
Some of the best donuts I’ve ever had! Even getting there a bit late, the donuts were still fresh, soft and fluffy. Great toppings, the coconut is my fav. We’ll be back to try the filled ones and other menu items. Friendly and helpful staff and regulars. Highly recommend!
The waitress was completely rude. She must not like outsiders. The other customers were very friendly but that woman was not! The place is outdated. I gave the food a two star because my food was good other people's food was not. Burnt fries and onions rings that were thrown over the other food. We will not be going back there. Really wish I would have took pictures.
Best place for comfey foods and donuts
Great diner and friendly local folk s
This place is an excellent family and local community diner. Good food, prompt service with a smile. Every tourist needs a homestyle meal while away from home. Tell the owners Bob sent ya.
Great breakfast at a reasonable price and good service.
The food It’s OK I mean, I just get breakfast salad, eggs, and toast pretty simple but $23 for a omelet and hash is ridiculous

This quintessential hometown diner serves fresh donuts and a cuppa joe as well as wonderful, large portion hot options. My family enjoyed breakfast and begged to go back.

Our dinner was amazing today at forrestport dinner we had brisket dinner and fish fry many sides to choose from all very fresh and delicious also fresh rolls so good. The brisket lived up to all the great things we had heard. Also had calm chowder amazing and the famous donuts for desserts. Great service when we told them we were eating out by Dan.They packed all the items need for our family picnic. Thankyou

Stopped for a family breakfast for six on a weekday. Waitress brought lukewarm coffee, then went on her way to work the other customers. It was fairly busy, so her taking ten minutes to come back was OK. Ordered pancakes, eggs and bacon. Pancakes came out stone cold and tough (hard to cut into pieces); they were so cold they wouldn’t even melt the butter. Eggs and bacon were OK. The donuts are really good; we took a half-dozen home with us. All in all, I would never come back. How can a country diner screw up pancakes?
