I don’t know how this restaurant doesn’t have more reviews. My fiancé and I love a restaurant with good portions. We had just finished up a 7 mile hike and we needed some good fuel. There are very few restaurants that can do breakfast better than we can, but this place blew us out of the water. I’ve never seen a pancake so big and so well done. Our omelettes were the size of our heads and cooked to perfection. We will be back. Thank you scrappies for being open on the off...

We stumbled on this place one morning for breakfast. I really enjoyed it very much. The atmosphere is very county. Our waitress was quick and friendly. It was obviously a local breakfast spot. I had the bisects and gravy which was fantastic. My wife had oatmeal but was not happy with that. Our portions where large and had a hard time finishing it all.

This place is a gem of a country family diner! Everything I look for in a breakfast nook. The service was kind and good, the prices were right, and the portions are huge! We all had enough leftovers for a second breakfast the next day. If you’re staying in Lake George Village, drive 15 minutes up the road and explore- get out of the tourist trap for a minute and enjoy a good sit down breakfast at reasonable prices, Home made country fresh!
