I ordered the snacking bacon as I have many times previously. This particular time I received my order and the bacon was ice cold and it was like they just took it out of the package not crispy at all. I went back to the Fort Edward location and the manager said the bacon was not supposed to be crispy. She also said the other times I received it crispy that it was not supposed to be. well when I got come I looked up the snacking bacon on the website and it said crispy bacon....read full review
Went to get 2 caramel iced coffees. Was given 2 cinnamon iced coffees. Returned and told a different employee what I had ordered and what I had gotten. The employee apologized and said they had been out of caramel. So basically the employee that took my order never told us they were out of caramel and decided cinnamon was a good replacement. Not impressed with that kind of service. However, the second employee was very kind, helpful, and apologetic.
