Great coffee too
Had a great coffee date with my children, you never can go wrong with coffee and donuts. The cashier was sweet, the place was clean overall but over heard an employee trash talking a customer that came in and everyone in the entire Dunkin could hear her. I even said something to her about it because it was involving a lady and her service dog, and as a reminder if we don't have nothing nice to say don't say anything at all!
Writing this review to give accommodation to the young worker named Collette at the Fort Edward Location at 9am! Amazing service , amazing people skills , great drink . Really good worker . Deserves the praise !!

Dunkin' has mixed reviews. Some customers have had issues with the staff, such as being refused blue raspberry flavoring in their drink and experiencing forgetful service. However, others enjoy the coffee and have been loyal customers for years. There have been reports of long wait times, possibly due to staffing shortages. The service can be hit or miss, with some customers walking out after no one said a word. Yet, Desirae and Civi made an order without hesitation, and Ava-Mae was absolutely fantastic with people. Overall, the food and coffee are generally well-regarded.
