Can't get enough of this coffee. There are plenty of times when they forget stuff I ordered ... I always use the ap ... they usually don't give me my food if I ordered some or my other drink if I order two but most of the time it's sitting there somewhere. Been going to dunkin for years... can't beat it even with the iffy service sometimes.
Stopped in Fort Edward Dunkin about 2::15pmMarch 11th . Drive through was bumper to bumper .. 2 ahead of me inside. Only 2 young men on. I had a bit of a wait but these two kept calm , polite and things moving as quickly as possible. I wish I had noticed their names. People having to wait were getting a bit impatient, questioning why they hadn’t receive their drinks yet. These two just kept working as quickly as possible and kept smiling when serving customers. Sunday mid morning out of almost everything. Long wait not enough people to wait on counter top customers. Drive thru line was long. Not their fault, lack of people willing to work outside the home since COVID.
