I am a teacher and routinely stop at this location for a coffee a few times a week. Every other visit, I donate a dollar to Dunkin's charity cause. Yesterday, when asked, I explained that I donated the previous day. The drive thru employee stated "Well, kids need to eat every day."

Needless to say, I'll be buying my coffee elsewhere from now on.

Awful service. Racist people working here. They treat me very awful just for asking about one product. The place was empty and they took around 20 min to make my sandwich and they make it wrong…. They made everyone food before make mine…

This place is good or terrible depending on the employee working there. They need to check their employees to make sure they are not being rude or lazy. Asked a dark skinned male employee for my latte to be filled to the top because it was only 2/3 filled and he told me with an attitude that he couldn’t fill it up because I didn’t want ice. That’s a lie because I always get it filled up. He should be fired because he’s giving that Dunkin a bad name. I’ve been going there regularly and now I won’t be coming back. I just went to a different Dunkin’ Donuts and they made my latte the right way, with no problem!

Food: was somehow a little worse than other Dunkin locations.
Atmosphere was fine. Pretty typical for a Dunkin.
Service was the worst I’ve seen at any Dunkin location. Most of the employees were cold and deliberately ignored us. We placed an online order that didn’t turn out right: they messed up the sandwich and didn’t have drinks in stock. Their beverage case had 1 orange juice left but besides that only 2 varieties of beverages, I think it was Gatorade and Pepsi? I had ordered a smoothie from the beverage case online and had to get a refund and the sandwich order fixed. I was waiting at the counter for a while, as employees paid me no attention. There was 1 friendly employee who eventually asked if we’d been helped yet and we explained that our drink needed to be refunded because they didn’t have it. He went to the back to get a manager. I heard her complaining about it and she sounded irritated. When she came out she grumbled about how we shouldn’t have been able to order that drink because they don’t carry it at that location (the beverage case had a label and area for it though. But seems like maybe they only actually carry 3 beverage varieties). She hardly looked at me, was curt and cold and acted as if we were greatly inconveniencing her. As if we weren’t the ones inconvenienced! I place an online order for things to go quickly, I don’t expect to have to come in for a refund and get a sandwich order fixed because they didn’t read the order all the way. I was polite and patient, but they just had awful attitudes. I was so very unimpressed! I eventually got my refund for the drink and my sandwich order fixed. But wow they need to improve customer service at this location!

This man name Chris , was extremely disrespectful. He was also very demanding. He was being very belligerent. I didn’t know how to react. He is a man with a lot of tattoos on his arm and is in his mid 40*s . He will be hearing from copparte I have to further report this report . I felt very very strongly dismayed . He obviously violated my food there was black spots on it all over , he purposely didn’t give me no Sugar and no ice , I said 4 sugars . He deliberately dis obey me for no reason . He also through the straw at me , I felt humiliated I would never go over their again ,

I was picking up a mobile order on a Sunday for a box of Joe, 12 box of donuts and a 25 box of munchkins at 9am. They had 0 baked goods. Still waiting for my refund.Update: the manager Emily reached out to me and was very kind. Received my refund!

Ordered a coffee with cream sugar and 4 blueberry shots. Pull away and by the time o can take a sip because it’s scolding hot I realize they gave me a black coffee. Hire some competent people
