There are just some places you can tell take pride in the kind of product they’re putting out. Delicious ingredients and care make for the best food, every time- something they have perfected here. Country deli’s staff were friendly and everyone seemed to have a genuine smile. One of their regulars walked in behind me- they knew him by name and began making his sandwich before the door was shut behind him. Rest assured I will frequent enough to be known by them from now on. Fighting myself on going back to order another sandwich right now.”

“I stopped by Dunkin and had a great experience. The service was amazing
(I believe his name was Kody) who helped me out, and he was super kind and friendly. He made the whole visit feel welcoming. My drink was also perfect—an iced caramel—and it tasted incredible. Definitely one of the better Dunkin runs I’ve had! ❤️”

“Emilio, the owner was very pleasant & accomodating. Though I ordered the steak in a sauce with Rice & Beans. He wanted me to taste his wife's chicken in a cream sauce -- he provided me with a small plate which was amazing. Everything was delish -- like my own home latin cooking. The black beans came very close to my own -- which I take great pride in making. It was a throughly wonderful experience. Let me add that La Panaderia has the best Latin food in Peekskill. The juices are to die tor.”

We ordered the Angry Dragon Roll, Dynamite Roll, and another specialty roll, and every dish was packed with flavor. The portion sizes were great, and you could truly taste every fresh ingredient in the sushi.

“Went to Asago Sushi with my son and had a great experience. We shared the shishi and sashimi combo for two, portions were generous, and everything was incredibly fresh, the kind of sashimi that just melts in your mouth.

It’s on the pricier side compares to other local sushi shops, but the quality makes it fully justified. Service was excellent, and the low-key decor gave it a relaxed, comfortable vibe.

I went with my kids on Christmas Eve last year, and it was such a special experience—the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding. Since then, I’ve been back often, especially for happy hour, and it never disappoints. One of my absolute favorites is their onion dip with chips—it’s honestly the best I’ve ever had! It takes me right back to the holidays—Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter—when my family would always have onion dip, Copperhead takes it to a whole other level. Their homemade peanut butter shot is also incredible (with whiskey, I believe)—smooth, unique, and dangerously good. The chef, bartenders, and waitstaff are all so kind and welcoming. The atmosphere feels like family, and to top it off, the sunsets over the Hudson River right across the street are some of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. The Copperhead Club isn’t just a place to grab a drink or a meal—it’s a true treasure in Peekskill. “I loved everything about this coffee shop/roaster. I went twice this week. The first time I had an iced coffee, a light roast brewed coffee and blueberry muffin. Today I had a cinnamon roll latte and a sweet bun. I don't know where the pastries are from but they are so delicious! They are very fresh. The space is very nice as well. There's plenty of seating available and it was very quiet. I'm looking forward to going back and buying their whole bean coffee.”
