“Mediocre service and food quality; odd concept to have a sports bar in such a historic and elegant building. Really beautiful and scenic views of the river made it all worth it!”
“This place is somehow good, and according to your income, you can go and find what you can get or eat its good place for everyone. I love it because it's supports the community or the state. I wish all of you who would like to go and buy whatever you want you will never regret. You will just enjoy.Parking: The parking is good because where you have parked your car, it's safe and by the moment you live, you go with your car, has you come with it.”
“I legitimately got the nicest most well-made burgers and wrap that I've gotten from any of the mainstream fast food restaurants in a very long time. The gal behind the counter made our sandwiches nicely and not the usual fast and sloppy. It may have been because it was after the lunch rush and they weren't very busy, but they were made very nicely nonetheless. She also added some extra spicy sauce to my wrap when I asked.”
“standard starbucks though with a "discount" since it's tax-free! i think what stood out here was the staff - for a northeast starbucks, i thought everyone on staff was exceptional nice and professional, a welcome breath of fresh air.”
“I stopped in to grab lunch here this today and I noticed a few new faces working behind the counter. I just wanted to point out that the young man and young lady working there were great! They are efficient, friendly, and have good attitudes. It was a pleasure.”
“First visit. Dining room is nice. Wait staff very nice. Food was OK. Lamb chops superior. Filet mignon was good, not great. Cowboy ribeye good. All meat was served on wood cutting board. Juices just ran off the cutting board onto napkin the waitress put under the board. I don't particularly care for eating off an old wooden cutting board. How are they cleaned? The sides could be shared between 2-3 diners, that wasn't made clear. We ordered 3 sides and maybe ate 1/3 of them. Very weak on wine selection. We would have eaten there both nights we stayed but it wasn't worth the cost.”
“So I’m sitting here finishing my tacos ? so full I’m ready to burst , but I still want more . Hands down the very best tacos I’ve ever had in my entire life. And it’s very affordable. I will definitely be a regular customer now . Come eat here if you haven’t, I promise you won’t regret it and wanting more .”
“I drive all the way from white plains!! Almost 40 minutes to come here and pick up some of my favorite drinks and pastries!! Crema is the best!! Owner is very nice. Stop and and show some love! Please open a location in white plains!!”
“I'm so full, but I can't stop! If you get a waiter named, Bryant. He does a fabulous job serving; patient, proper eye contact, listens well (very attentive), learns your name, he's respectful, polite AND makes sure your table always has room for more food! (If you order more). The gentleman behind the bar; I never got his name but he made FANTASTIC Passion Fruit Mango Margarito. I think it was passion fruit but it definitely had Mango. He does a fabulous job as well.Kid-friendliness: My daughter got the perfect sized ice cream bowl. Iron Vine also makes sure to provide high chairs for families which is greatly appreciated. I truly appreciate Iron Vines service towards families and not just couples (hope my wife doesn't see this).”
“Absolutely loved this place! If I lived in the area I would go every day, it is the best coffee I've ever had. We got the hazelnut latte and a pistachio caramel latte. Both amazing and not too sweet, perfectly balanced. Also got the cardamom bun which paired nicely! The baristas were knowledgeable of their menu and very welcoming to our large group. I wish we could take this place home!”
“We adore Matcha Thomas. The menu is varied and creative but is centered around deliciously complex ceremonial-grade matcha. Peaceful atmosphere. Wonderful people. What's not to love?”
“I absolutely love this place! The owner and staff are so kind and really know how to make a healthy and yummy smoothie! Lots of options for those who are gluten free/dairy free! Highly recommend!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, dairy free, and vegan options!”
“This place is a gem! The food was excellent and the service is spectacular. The salad dressing was perfect. The portions were just right and we were surprised with pineapple for dessert!”
“Excellent restaurant. Amazing food, fair pricing, great staff. The best Indian restaurant in the area, by far. Would not change a thing. The standard classic chicken tikka masala is fantastic, as is the rosemary garlic naan.”
“I picked up Blondery's S'mores Hot Chocolate and a cinnamon roll at the Beacon Farmers Market recently. OMG. The love that goes into their products is undeniable. Their cinnamon roll was everything good that makes up a cinnamon roll -- light, fresh, the perfect touch of cinnamon -- and THE ICING. I can't. Absolutely incredible. The only downfall was having to share with my daughter, whose eye about popped out of her head when she saw the deliciousness I was enjoying. Pairing that with their S'mores Hot Chocolate was the icing on the proverbial cake. There's magic in everything that Blondery creates. I love that they're a part of our community and am excited to try more of their creations. <3”
“Very good momos but cmon guys , 14$ for 6 pieces is insane !! For comparison in Queens, NY .. an authentic Himalayan spot will have amazing momos 8$ for 8 pieces . ”
“Love this local coffee shop restaurant, owners and staff are very welcoming. Excellent lattes and food selection is on point. Nice spot for a small group to enjoy. Loved the BV breakfast burrito and the BV sandwich.”
“I went here for dinner tonight with a good friend of mine, we had a great time! The atmosphere is fun & welcoming, live music was good & not too loud , just right !We both had quesadillas, barria & chicken, they were good but I will say a little empty, for the price they should have been full! Our waiter , Carlos was so wonderful, he was attentive & such a great personality, Thank you !Desserts were delicious, Churros & Tres Leches cake !”
“A Newburgh staple for years with an extensive menu (burgers are on their DNA) Service can be be spotty when they are busy. Great beer and cocktail menu. Funky atmosphere full of music and record history ”
“I first visited the 84 diner back in the early 80ies. They were just great everything s diner could be. Including lobster fresh out of the tank.Well that was then. Changes had to be made. Competition stole a lot of business.Recently I went again and I was so surprised. I love their Salads, always have been better than redline. But now every thing is better. All the items on the menue is upgraded.I had the onion soup and the chef salad. Soup seemed home made and my he bowl was bigger the crusted bread was gooy with cheese. And you got a decent amount of soup. The salad was as always top notch. My wife's hamburger was really fresh and flavorful and the fries tasted better than they ever have.”
“The food here was delicious. We had the Beast platter, 1/2 lb brisket, 1/2 lb pulled pork, 6 wings, 1/2 rack of some kind of delicious Korean ribs, 3 different sausages and ghost pepper tacos on the side. Don't be afraid of the ghost pepper dishes. The chef here knows how to add the heat and not over do it. IMO, anyone giving a bad review, just doesn't appreciate smoked BBQ.”
“Best bubble tea in Orange County hands down. Owner and staff are so pleasant and I love the variety of options and cute decor. I stop in anytime I'm in the town.”
“I popped in to this cute coffee shop and ended up eating some of the most DELICIOUS empanadas I've had in years. There is a bit of indoor seating (and plenty of outdoor seating), so you can relax and enjoy a coffee, in a real cup. The staff were very friendly.”
“The food was so worth the drive. Live in Delaware my friend took me here and the view was was great we got to see the water and the trains go by. Vegan options were amazing !!! Drinks were excellent staff was so friendly and helpful during ordering.”
“Decent spot to stop by and grab a quick bite. Service is friendly and relatively quick. Prices are regular. Ordered their fish tacos which were pretty tasty. Also got a side of guacamole which was a bit bland. Noting for those looking for actual Mexican food, this is not Mexican food, but rather an Americanized version of Mexican food.”
“Went on a cold chill day. Sat and enjoyed a hot cider and the delicious weekly empanadas bangers and mash and you love ordered a beer and a chicken sandwich. The bartender was busy but quick and nice.”
“Both my husband and I don’t get out much these days with two small children so when we finally had a date night we wanted to try il traverna. It was absolutely beautiful inside the food was wonderful the drinks were okay. I only say that because i definitely ordered the wrong drink. Next date night we would 100% go back and recommend it for anyone to try.”
“This place has amazing service but even better food! The tacos Arabe & Steak tacos, Quesabirria Ramen was Fire ! ??? They are also very creative with the menu and have things like Crab Stuffed Peppers tacos & Duck w mole ! Everyone at the table agreed that the food did not dissapoint. Nice to see flavorful options in the hood! 10 out of 10.This place has amazing service but even better food! .The Arabic tacos and asada tacos, Quesabirria Ramen were fire! ??? They are also very creative with the menu and have things like chili tacos stuffed with crab and duck with mole! Everyone at the table agreed that the food was terrible. It's good to see tasty options in the Newburgh neighborhood. 10 out of 10. Recommended”
“Can’t say enough good things about Gracie’s Market. Their Italian sandwiches are my favorite. Always such fresh good quality ingredients and enjoyable every time. This past weekend my family and I tried their burgers and they were awesome, even my children approved of them! The owner Isaac is very friendly and the cleanliness of the place 10/10. Always a pleasure coming here.Kid-friendliness: Bring my children with me every time and the owner is great.”
“Situated in an old ammunition depot, the recently renovated first class, or "firstie", club has a much more exclusive and bespoke feeling than the days of yore. Gone are the sticky floors, the dripping roof from the back room, the broken foosball tables, the jukebox that seemed to host only various versions of the song, "Wagon Wheel", or the bartenders that would serve you a pitcher of Jack and a pitcher of Coke on a Thursday just because you asked for it. taco Tuesday and wing Wednesday are pretty popular, as is Thursday evening following spirit dinner when the place is packed with the sons and daughters of slum and gravy. Extensive selection of beer on tap, and the menu is generally very good. Their version of a clucking Russian is as good and attempt at re-creating perfection as I have seen. Worth a visit.”
