No fault of the people working behind the counter. They can only move so fast. I’d suggest putting another employee on in the mornings just for rush hour. The line of cars was 15 deep . Online orders were coming in by the second. I was waiting at the register for 7 minutes. Had to walk out to get to work. Seems those who walk in are last priority. Again, no fault to those working behind the counter. They were running and still couldn’t keep up.

The staff went above and beyond when I left something valuable behind. I didn't realize it was missing until two days later. Contacting the store was really difficult, but once I did, the manager Kayla and her team couldn't have been treated me better. My valuable was kept in their safe, and they insisted on giving me a free coffee and donut for my 1.5 hour drive back home. The whole experience was a real shot of positivity along with the espresso.

The other morning I stopped by this Dunkin location for a quick breakfast and an iced tea. I ordered a grilled cheese (with bacon). When I went in to pick up the order, I was promised that this would be the best grilled cheese I've ever had. Now, short of resurrecting my deceased grandmother, that's never going to happen. However, it was still an enjoyable breakfast. I pop in this location a few times a week and the staff is always wonderful, polite and they greet me...
