I have to be honest, I loved this place. I've been to the area literally 50 times but never have eaten here. I walked in, and assumed it would be relatively plain based on the outside appearance. Instead, I found a very cool ambiance, a nice bar, and a prime rib special that is one of the best I've had in a long time. I will definitely return!
We were a group of nine and treated very well. Service was like family, food was delicious, dessert was top notch. Seriously, good place, military oriented, great drinks and the bathroom was clean. Can't ask for much else.
Great, cozy, authentic small restaurant with very pleasant atmosphere, staff, and kind and welcoming owner! We truly enjoyed our time together with our friends. This place has been open for more than 65 years, and still has its charm. There is still an original menu in one of the smaller rooms, which everyone should look at. Very interesting, and at the same time a bit depressing to see how prices went up compared to 1960s.
