First time going there. They said they were short staffed they didn't have the special that was posted on social media, which was okay. We ordered the only available option besides the pastries that were in the case. Which were breakfast sandwiches using pancakes for bread. The pancakes were hard and rubbery. We did dine in, and we were served in paper cups and had to get plastic forks, so maybe that's why we had trouble cutting through the pancakes. The sausage was the only good part of that sandwich. They are getting low stars mainly for their coffee. I ordered a cappuccino, which had a very burnt flavor/sediment to the point where I tossed half of it on the way out. The hot cocoa my husband ordered wasn't much better. It is a cute place with what looks like a great social media presence, so maybe that is what let me down that bad. I will randomly be back and order other coffees and drinks to see if they are any better. The female cashier was okay but snappy. We were the only ones in there at first, so it wasn't like there was a line. At least the meal itself was on an actual plate since we decided to stay in. Everyone has an off day, but I did notice the same attitude towards the other 3 people who walked in behind us. On the positive side, there was a bathroom(I didn't use it), and it was clean and organized in there. They played country music and had art for sale from local artists priced at $525-$625 from the side I was sitting at and some other stuff for sale. 2 small drinks and 2 pancake sandwiches were $21, which is fair. Hopefully, I'll be able to say something more positive about the food or drinks in the future.

Nice atmosphere, great espresso drinks, and tasty healthy smoothies. Service is friendly. And WiFi is strong enough to work on. Truly an oasis, especially for bike touring along the Eerie Canalway.
