I had a whole mushroom pizza with friends while staying at the Haslett House across the street from the restaurant. The pizza is New York City style. I am from New York City, and I can testify that this is as good as any pizza you will get there. The owners are very nice and friendly, and the there are comfortable tables for dining inside. All and all, a wonderful find.

I’m from New York City and I will tell you this is by far the best pizza I’ve ever had in upstate New York from Syracuse to Albany Rochester Buffalo. Nothing compares to Fort Wayne, New York pizzeria!

New York Pizzeria has the perfect balance between welcoming and convenient. The open, well-lit ambiance makes it an ideal place for families to gather or for a quick, casual bite. Which is what I did on my trip around the area.
As for the pizza itself—delicious! The cheese was nicely melted, creating that perfect gooey texture, and the sauce had just the right touch of tang to it. While I personally prefer a crispier crust, the flavors and quality of ingredients made up for it.
This place is definitely worth a visit!

First, Excellent boneless wings! Ordered the Hot and BBQ. Good quality chicken and plenty of sauce. Pizza was also good. Super friendly staff! Also, unlike many of the other pizza places in Canjo and Johnstown the food was ready ON TIME in just 15 minutes!
