I ordered a drink but didnt mention hot or cold. Yet after the drink was ready “Liby/livy” replaced the drink as i wanted without a hesitation with a big smile. Service like this is very appreciated. Thank you Liby/livy for making my trip turn around with your beautiful smile and service.
I ordered a medium caramel hot macchiato, an apple-spiced donut, and since Madison said they had blueberry cake donuts I decided to get one of those too. Sadly however, Miss Madison was wrong and they had no blueberry cake donuts 😭. Now my whole week is ruined and I’m down in the blue cause I didn’t get no blues-berry donuts. Thanks Maddy! 💔

Had a good experience at this Dunkin.
It was a slow day, so all the ladies were ready to serve. Donuts were fresh, they made my sandwich to order, my latte was good. My only complaint is that the cold brew was unusually bitter.
Overall would recommend this Dunkin.
