Ordered an hour and 40 mins ahead for pick up. Showed up on time had to wait an additional 25 mins because they were waiting on the pizza in the oven. Go to walk out finally and realized they forgot my wings. Blamed it on 2 new people working in the kitchen. Won’t be back anytime soon.

Food was Luke warm when it came to the Table, not just mine. Waitress never came back to ask if we wanted something else or how the food was. Won't be going back there again

Terrible service that led to awful food. I would give zero stars if I could. The chicken I got on my sub was so dry and burnt I couldn’t eat it, so I took it back and requested a new one. After the young girl at the register was done being rude she made me a new one…. WITH THE SAME CHICKEN! 0/10. Don’t waste your time.

Started with the shrimp Alfredo with broccoli. The broccoli was missing when brought out sent back to get fixed. The garlic bread was flat looked like it was crushed. Could was better kitchen help.

I ordered a lg turkey and Swiss sub with double xtra meat n cheese only with onion with a Pepsi a week ago . I got 2 subs with American and no Swiss and charged for both .. I was hungry and dealt with it. I ordered the same thing tonight.. it took 3 hrs to get to me. It surely was extra anything being 1 slice of cheese on each half and still very light in meat and no Pepsi but still got charged the $25.. Wow!!!!

Waited 45 minutes before food was served and then all the ordered food didn’t come out at once, waited another ten minutes for the rest.
Excellent pizza and calzones. Friendly and fun atmosphere with live music. The bartender took the time to help me pick out some really great local and imported craft beer. This place is a must whenever I am in the area.

I would recommend Fratellos because their food is good!! When it’s done right. However, they seem to mess my order up every time!!! Ordered a salad with ranch tonight. They gave me Italian instead. We noticed before we left the restaurant so we said something. Instead of fixing it right. I was given 2 very small less than 2 oz cups of ranch for my large salad which was not nearly enough. I don’t usually write reviews but the fact that they pretty much always mess up my order is really frustrating 😤Also, if Fratellos spent as much time training their employees as they do their live music. They’d probably have better reviews and happier customers. Just a thought

We started picking up food from here when we needed a party sized pizza a few months ago and we have been back multiple times now. We have been so impressed with everything we've ordered from here. The price is alittle higher than were used to but we got over it quick with the quality. Hands down, without any doubt, this is officially our favorite pizza place! Excellent job, we will be back soon!
