Fratello's food is awesome, and the staff is great! The subs and pizza are better than most of the places in the area, and they offer a massive number of items on their menu. Everything i have tried has been excellent.
The restaurant is comfortable and nostalgic of the old pizza places from my youth. This is a great place, and I look forward to coming back!

Service is very slow .. waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order then 40 minutes longer for our food to come out. Food was delicious as usual but the service could improve. This isn't the first time we've experienced this.

Ordered an hour and 40 mins ahead for pick up. Showed up on time had to wait an additional 25 mins because they were waiting on the pizza in the oven. Go to walk out finally and realized they forgot my wings. Blamed it on 2 new people working in the kitchen. Won’t be back anytime soon.

just spent $70 on the absolute worst quality pizza I've ever had from there this used to be my absolute favorite place for pizza but since the focus of the new establishment quality has been put aside at the Frankfort one and its sad

Food was Luke warm when it came to the Table, not just mine. Waitress never came back to ask if we wanted something else or how the food was. Won't be going back there again

Terrible service that led to awful food. I would give zero stars if I could. The chicken I got on my sub was so dry and burnt I couldn’t eat it, so I took it back and requested a new one. After the young girl at the register was done being rude she made me a new one…. WITH THE SAME CHICKEN! 0/10. Don’t waste your time.
Started with the shrimp Alfredo with broccoli. The broccoli was missing when brought out sent back to get fixed. The garlic bread was flat looked like it was crushed. Could was better kitchen help.

I ordered a lg turkey and Swiss sub with double xtra meat n cheese only with onion with a Pepsi a week ago . I got 2 subs with American and no Swiss and charged for both .. I was hungry and dealt with it. I ordered the same thing tonight.. it took 3 hrs to get to me. It surely was extra anything being 1 slice of cheese on each half and still very light in meat and no Pepsi but still got charged the $25.. Wow!!!!
