Paid 77.00 dollars for pizza with extra cheese and extra crispy wings. The pizza was under cooked with what seemed to be very little cheese and the wings well they definitely were not extra crispy. The wings were cooked like they were baked in an over. Lately it seems like their service and quality of an order is gone down hill with the price going up. I will not order from here anymore and that’s to bad because I sometimes order several times per week. I do not recommend this place to anyone and will not recommend this place to anyone anymore.

Fratello's food is awesome, and the staff is great! The subs and pizza are better than most of the places in the area, and they offer a massive number of items on their menu. Everything i have tried has been excellent.
The restaurant is comfortable and nostalgic of the old pizza places from my youth. This is a great place, and I look forward to coming back!

Messed up my order told me they fix it said they be here soon I was polite and clear they never showed up food was bad
Service is very slow .. waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order then 40 minutes longer for our food to come out. Food was delicious as usual but the service could improve. This isn't the first time we've experienced this.

Ordered an hour and 40 mins ahead for pick up. Showed up on time had to wait an additional 25 mins because they were waiting on the pizza in the oven. Go to walk out finally and realized they forgot my wings. Blamed it on 2 new people working in the kitchen. Won’t be back anytime soon.
