Brand new, dunkin donut
Filthy restrooms, its new and already dirty
Old dust everywhere over the equipement, paper all over the floor and some human excrement on the wall and its not fresh....

Very nice and clean. Smells great. Bathrooms are super clean too. Dining area is a cozy place to ride out a snowstorm, which I've done here many times. This place feels very much like home.
Overall dirty and poorly kept. The ladies bathroom had about 5 toilet stalls marked “out of order” and covered with garbage bags. About 5 additional should have been out of service due to filth. There were actually bugs crawling on the floors/ walls/ toilets. No paper towels- just amazing that with all the tolls collected to use this Highway system this is the level of service provided. ?
I used to be the inspector for the New York State thruway at this restaurant. The owner of this restaurant is outrageous! I never met anyone who treated their employees so badly! His manager/girlfriend Rebecca treated people just as poorly as the owner. On top of that she smelled like a walking ash tray. This is one place I would NOT recommend. The restaurant I hear is now close and will be under new management which should be much better. His other store is in Little Falls I would stay away from that one also! Rich (the owner) you should be ashamed of yourself!!
Absolutely disgraceful level of uncleanliness.
Currently stuck in a drive through line for McDonalds for over 20 minutes with no support and have only been told "please wait".

Moderately dirty facility. Avoid stopping here if you can or use lots of hand sanitizer after your visit.
Good service at Macdonalds, nice and clean restrooms and easy parking spots , mostly empty during day time
