The restaurant itself looks a little rough and in need of updating. The prime rib was not very flavorful. Trimmed about 1/3 fat off of the 12 oz portion. My partner’s prime rib had less fat on his. They both came to the table sitting in the prime rib juice.. like a lot of it. It spilled off the plate as I cut the meat. No au juice offered or came with it. Every entree was cooked perfectly. The baby back ribs literally fell off the bones and the haddock was excellent. The best meal I have had in the Utica area! Outstanding service also.
