There is not much that differentiates one carvel from another product-wise. However, the awesome customer service and friendly staff is what makes this one shine. We have a peanut allergy in the family and have never had an issue either.They also do a phenomenal job decorating cakes. 10/10 would recommend :)

Best location by far! The girls there actually want to work. The other surrounding locations, valley stream, west Hempstead, lynbrook etc can’t make a chocolate shake to save their lives !

This is your standard carvel with lots of flavors and options. I got the cold brew and biscotti cookie butter ice creams with gummy bears and it was delicious.The place was clean and the staff was quick at serving people but seemed a bit bored. Otherwise it was a fine experience.
