Tasty gelato but skimpy portions. Pricey for the amount you receive so no, I would not return.

Gelato is fantastic. Customer service terrible. There was 6 people on the line. Im standing there with my newborn. One girl is doing all the work, while the other girl is standing there. I politely asked if they could assist the remaining customers - and the girl stares at me and resumes writing inventory. We've been a few times and enjoyed it. But will not be going back due to lack of customer service and the rudeness of one employee. Her name was Adema. Drove 20 min and walked out very unhappily.

We went to the one in Howard Beach by Lenny’s Clam Bar and it was amazing! We got the pistachio and rainbow cookie. So flavorful and creamy! The staff was very kind and helpful too!

Closed at 9:45pm when the website said they are open til 10pm. The place was lit up and open and the girls said oh well, we close at 9:30 pm and I guess we have to change the time on google. Horrible customer service. Will be we go there again!
Skinny white guy need to learn little bit more about serving ice cream and have extra patience for the family have kids with Autism or special ones. Be prepare for any kind of behaviour in customer service . Kids may screams or make noises sometimes. Just handle them peacefully not by throwing ice cream cups on the counter towards the ladies. Good luck

Absolutely terrible customer service. The elderly worker behind the counter screams at her customers for talking. There’s a certain decorum in how you can tell people to keep the volume down. While the ice cream is good, I would steer clear of this place.
