I had wanted to bring a thank you gift to a group of people that had given support to me during a difficult time and called the Philly pretzel factory in Franklin square to ask how long in advance to order a large party tray of rivets. The man who answered the phone (Mr D.) said to order 24 hours in advance. I started to say that I would call back another day, when he said "if all you want is the rivets, I can get that ready for you in a couple of hours". He went above and beyond...read full review

Always a family favorite. Pretzels are hot and fresh and the staff is always great! A goto for any party or special event! We love that they make specialty shaped pretzels as requested. We've gotten lots of fun party themed shapes.
