So fresh, so well decorated and exactly as requested. I give my 100% plus recommendation to anyone looking for a bakery. It is worth traveling to. The donuts were awesome too just as advertised. “We had the best experience ever with this bakery - the cake was included in our venue pricing through this bakery, and I can definitely see why! Working with Alison to schedule and have our tasting, which was just down right fun...(because of COVID we had to take our samples home... and she loaded us up with some extras to share with friends) to showing her our vision for the cake on the day of, and then actually SEEING and EATING it at our wedding was perfect all the way through. They really incorporated everything we asked for, and it was simply delicious!!! I have to keep coming back to try everything. they are on sweeter side, so if you like less sweet just ask them, baristas are very friendly! the only cafe I have found to serve a sweet potato latte and mugwort latte. However their matcha quality is not great.

their pastries selection is as wide as their drink menu, so many to try and all delicious! I love the mochi loaf, mochi cookies, lemon loaf and black sesame croissant. they have rotating sweet and savory options, always changing and always delicious :)

“Grew up in the area and was sad that our go-to Chinese restaurant closed down. We decided to try out the bakery/cafe that opened in the location, and we were happy to find a great addition to the neighborhood!
Before we even entered, an exiting customer proudly shouted to us that this was THE spot to go to. Our server, Louis, was very friendly and attentive to us. We were also pleasantly surprised that the matcha we ordered actually tasted like matcha and not just pastel green-colored milk that some places in the area have served. “I love this place, I've been going here ever since I was a kid and everything about it is perfect! The ambience, the employees, the locals, this is a New York Bagel place at heart. Not to mention, the bagels, pastries and cream cheeses are incredible. I've moved away and yet make an effort to come here every single time I come back!“

“This location has been excellent since my first time arriving here I came from Georgia to visit my mother and she sent me here to get some ice cream and from the first time I met the wonderful staff at this establishment I can't stop coming back! Although I only spent six weeks in New York it was worth my time I came to this location so much in the last 6 weeks I know I must have put on at least 20 extra pounds and it's not the ice cream that I love it's the staff here Samantha is amazing she really knows customer service she really knows how to be hospitable the ice cream is good but it's the people that made it even better. The other extraordinary woman here is a woman by the name of Diana I believe it was. She works in the cinnabon area and you can see her heart and her love in the way that she treats the customers I was sitting there eating ice cream one day and I watched how she just went above and beyond making the customer feel welcomed in this establishment. They have come to know me because I come here buying ice cream for my mother all the time and they even remember and they always ask about her it's beyond just a store it's almost like coming to see friends. Make it your business to stop at this location it is very much worth it the music is always excellent here it always has a great atmosphere.
This store should be a model to all the other Carvel locations out there on how you should treat your customers please utilize the staff to train other locations it will be well worth the time all of the people that are here are leaders and teammates and I've come to really like them and love them.“
