“It's been a hot hot hot minute since I came here after I moved to Long Island Suburbs. My son's big day today and I took a trip here to pick up my custom strawberry cake layered with their famous lightly sweetened freshly whipped cakes. When you step inside It's as if you step back in time. My mom first took me here when I was 11 or 12 and this place still look the same. The bakery captures a lot of customers from the surrounding businesses such as the hospital. It's great to see a flow a diverse crowd visiting this Gem. I also picked up half dozen curry beef pastry and their chicken rolls. I took a bite and taste just like my first time eating them in the 1990s when I was a little boy. When I want a good delicious healthier cake I come to Yeh's.“

“I found out about this place when going for Banh mi in the same food court. I tried their UBE tres leches ans holy holy was it delicious. How has this place not gone viral yet?? Suckered away in the back of the food court but all is delicious. The owner which was this very nice lady was so sweet and friendly. Absolutely loved all the different desserts they had to offer.“

“Everything I’ve tried here has been delicious. The ham and cheese croissant was amazing even cold. The chocolate chip cookie had the perfect salty-sweet balance. I don’t even like blueberries, but their blueberry bun with cream cheese frosting was so good I had to pause. The blondie was soft and rich and just right.

It’s really hard to find a bakery where everything hits. This place does. You can tell there’s real care in the food. This isn’t just baking to bake, there’s love in it.“

“We picked up a tiramisu cake yesterday which was delicious and fresh. It was the best tiramisu cake we've ever had. The cream was fresh. It wasn't that sweet and the Lady fingers were like cake. Very soft and delicious. I've been going to this bakery since I was 13. I'm 60 now and it's still in business. That says a lot. They also have the best strawberry shortcake and freshly baked cookies. And of course I can not forget the chocolate eclairs with cream or custard. You won't be disappointed. Everything they sell is good.“

“So in-love with their ube cake! Must if you really want to get a good ube cake! Location: It is located along Queens Boulevard. The store was typical bakery, few seatings inside. Good display of breads, cakes and items from the Philippines. Service: not much interaction cause I just bought cake and go. Food: UBE CAKE: omg it is so good! The cake itself is moist even few days after I purchase! The frosting is like cream type, its a bit a lot but it taste good because it taste ube as well. Unlike other ube cakes that the cream does not taste ube! I almost eat half of the cake because it is so good! Price rating: 7/10, $45 for a round cake. Thats the usual price now for more stores! Definitely will come back here I will try their other flavors! But get the ube cake!!“

Working with Alison to schedule and have our tasting, which was just down right fun...(because of COVID we had to take our samples home... and she loaded us up with some extras to share with friends) to showing her our vision for the cake on the day of, and then actually SEEING and EATING it at our wedding was perfect all the way through. They really incorporated everything we asked for, and it was simply delicious!!! “I found Bertha after doing a search for two tier custom cakes in the Bronx. I was unsure and a little skeptical about ordering online from someone I couldn’t physically meet but I took the chance and ordered 7 dozen cupcakes and a two tiered chocolate cake with chocolate filling for my daughters sweet sixteen and they came out so beautiful and delicious. She asked me to send a pic of a cake that I liked and she replicated the cake so well with my own lil spin on it. She did an awesome job and I would definitely recommend her and buy cakes from her for any event I may have in the future. Also, she is much cheaper than most bakeries that usually would charge $800 for the cake I wanted. I only paid $280 and the cake was just as beautiful as the cake another bakery quoted. Highly recommend her if your looking for beautiful and great tasting cakes!“

“I liked it! I got some as a gift so I didn’t visit the actual store. All time favorite thing here was the strawberry pastry (if the business replies; please just say the name of that one) SO good. I would come back for that. Fantastic. Fluffy and light and airy with a perfectly sweetened cream fluff inside. Wow.
Corn cheese bread was sooo fun. If it’s served warm; I bet you it’s fantastic but I did eat it a couple of hours after it was ordered.
The fig bread had an amazing texture to it. Light and fluffy like Portuguese bread (I did personally wish the figs were cut smaller to enjoy more evenly but that’s personal preference)

“Everything was delicious. We hosted a Purim breakfast at our temple and everyone was so happy and full. I personally put in the order myself and everything from ordering to delivery was so smooth. We ordered large quantity of variety of bagels with all types of cream cheeses, salmon salad, white fish and tuna. Plus we got crepes with ricotta cheese which were Devine. And we ordered lots of croissants 🥐 , plain and chocolate which by the way are huge. I can’t say enough how fresh and delicious everything was. Highly highly recommend this place!!“
