Great selection, great customer service
This location has been excellent since my first time arriving here I came from Georgia to visit my mother and she sent me here to get some ice cream and from the first time I met the wonderful staff at this establishment I can't stop coming back! Although I only spent six weeks in New York it was worth my time I came to this location so much in the last 6 weeks I know I must have put on at least 20 extra pounds and it's not the ice cream that I love it's the staff here Samantha...read full review

Cinnabon Carvel offers a wonderful experience with professional and courteous staff. The place is very nice and always clean, creating a hygienic atmosphere. Customers are greeted with a smile and can enjoy delicious cinnamon buns and ice cream, perfect for those with a sweet tooth. The rolls are warm, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, with a pleasant personality, making the whole experience so much more enjoyable. Everything is made at the store location fresh and you can definitely taste the difference. The service is fast and the atmosphere is great. It is a Guyanese-owned spot, which is awesome. This location is highly recommended for your sweet treats; it is tongue licking and a place to come back to.
