Shout out to Valley Caterers! We were having a reunion of family we hadn’t seen since COVID began, using an “All the Holidays we Missed” theme. Had our “Thanksgiving” turkey roasted, sliced & put back on the frame. It was absolutely delicious - I may never cook my own turkey again!
