LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone. I'm on a road trip and had a Zoom meeting, so I stopped in to use the wifi and everything was lovely! Any bad comments you see have to be from people in a bad mood because the owner, food, atmosphere, drinks, and everything else are amazing.
Vegetarian options: Fantastic make-your-own paninis and regular sandwiches! So so good.

Lovely environment and pretty fancy teas and coffees. Pancakes were freshly made to order and tasted good, but took nearly 1 hour to make three pancakes orders and then the only syrup offered was the cheap stuff from the supermarket.. I was going to purchase several things, but decided not to. Real maple syrup should always be offered in a setting like this. Won’t return. Won’t recommend to others.

There's barely any Harry Potter stuff now, but the new environment is relaxing and very welcoming. I felt I was having lunch in a magical garden in the forest! Great spot for coffee and tea enthusiasts. I purchased a tasty panini, and a Chai both were delicious. I also bought a vintage looking spoon for my tea, a tea bag holder, and some loose tea leaves.
This is the place you want to be if you are looking for a friendly, comfortable place with character and soul.

So happy they are closing. My aunt went there to get wands for my sister and claimed they were authentic wands from universal studios. Claimed they had a stamp and papers with authenticity. Nope. They were plastic pieces of junk. They tricked my aunt and honestly feel bad for others they tricked.

I've only been here once, but that experience was amazing to say the least. I really enjoyed my Butter beer and I found it to be a hundred times better than the ones you get at Universal Studios in Florida. I really enjoyed the soups and other treats they had. I also purchased some coffee that they sale and I'm beyond sad to have run out because of how delicious it was and i only visit the area once every 2 years but that might have to change. the have a lot of great things to purchase here like, wands, clothes, and many other magical items from Hogwarts. I definitely recommend you to stop by here.
