“Normally, I’m not one to care about employees being rude at a drive-through, but there’s a specific person (who I will not name) who is incredibly rude every time I come to the drive-through between the hours of 10:00 and close. Besides that, a very nice place.“

“Had to verify the location, ensure that this was in response to my experiences at the Fredonia/ Dunkirk location. first of all is fairly newly remodeled (as in within the last 5-10 years) so it has still maintained an efficiently clean establishment. My interactions with employees have always (pretty sure I can say that) been enjoyable, at least, not negative! Most of the employees that I speak with have to be patient (I have three young boys) and understanding - which they've always seemed to have been. Thank you! PS. They have one of those newer drink dispensers where you can choose literally any flavor anything.... Yeah. Check it out 😉👌🏽

“This is the cleanest, nicest McDonald's that I've ever been too. A gentleman was working non-stop to clean every inch of the dining area. There was not a crumb or any garbage to be seen anywhere. The bathrooms were spotless, I couldn't believe it. And our food was very good. The fries were crispy and the fryer grease seemed fresh. Our sandwiches were great, the buns were nice and round and the meat was fresh and tasty. The staff was friendly and efficient and they seemed to care about their jobs, the food, and the facility in a way that I've never seen in a fast-food restaurant before. Keep up the great work!“
