I'm a secret shopper and I went with my mom and dad and to blend in. We order our food and my dad's food comes and it's way overcooked. The lady apologized and only charged Dad for the coke. I went to talk to the waitress and the manager had an attitude. She even walked away smacking her teeth. Only reason I put 5 star on service is because the waitress was so polite. I believe her name was Kyla or something like that.
Our server was Morgan and she was awesome!
The ultimate Dennys experience! The waitress was fast and friendly. The food was hot and delish.
