1. you wait on hold FOREVER. 2 the man on the phone sounds like he hates his job. 3. waiting an hour and a half for what was told would be 40-50 minutes. 4. Since the delivery took so long our hot subs were cold. 5. apparently light lettuce means no lettuce. 6. it would be great if the sub bags were labeled
They dont listen on the phone.I ordered a party pizza, 48 wings and mozzarella sticks for my daughters birthday. We got the food. The delivery girl was very nice and I left a 9 dollar tip. I noticed we didnt get the mozzarella sticks. I called and the girl says we'll you weren't charged for them. Well I asked for them...then she's like oh well do you want to order them? Why now after an hour?
Ordered online for a 2:10 pick up. I arrive at 2:12, pizza is ready, however wings are not. Wings aren't ready until 2:42... 32 minutes after scheduled pick up, and could see the fryers not dropped until after the third time I inquired about the wings. Front staff too busy on their cellphones while customer waits in the dining area.
