Place was empty at 12 noon. One person working. Food was the usual very tasty. But the restaurant has some torn seats. The men's bathroom needs some work. I like Boston Market. I have not been eating there much lately due to where I work now ect. Not sure if all the restaurants are in decline or just this one.

I don’t know if it was the time of day (night) I went or the fact that it was right around thanksgiving but the gentleman there loaded up our plates! The food was really tasty!

HORRIBLE!! We have been buying meals from this location for years. This evening we ordered online for pick-up. I have no idea of what is going on at this location (Freeport) but something has to be done. The meatloaf was very pink in the middle, gritty looking and falling apart, the sweet potatoes were runny with marshmallows that were still whole. None of the other ingredients were present in it. It was an orange colored mess. The mashed potatoes tasted like under blended powdered mashed potatoes. The chicken had a funny taste. We didn't waste out time to try the corbread. We paid $66.45 total for the family meal with extra sides and it was all thrown away. A video of the horrible meal will be sent to their corporate office. Very disappointing...

Horrible. Chicken was dry. Mac n cheese was the worst I ever had. Only thing good were the sweet potatoes. Oh and make sure you bring cash. The credit or debit has been out of service for weeks now. Terrible.

Ordered this through Uber. The sweet potatoes were unbelievably weird. They are always exceptionally good and they were so watery literally liquid over them and flavorless. How is that even possible! The gravy also watery. The mac and cheese ALSO watery! No flavor at all. The corn bread was soggy and tasted like pound cake. Really concerned about this location I’ve never had bad Boston market any where else.

The food is terrible. The cornbread is not the one they use at all the other locations. Chicken is super dry. Meatloaf was disgusting. Mashed potatoes were watery. Mac and cheese was watery and salty. Do not order on Uber eats because they will substitute ur items and give you what they feel like instead of contacting you. Corporate needs to shut this location down or do a complete overhaul
