We had a very disappointing experience at this Burger King location in Freeport, NY. The woman working the drive-thru, who mentioned she was the manager — I believe her name was Valerie — was extremely rude and unprofessional.
When we received our order, several items were missing. We politely informed her, but instead of addressing the issue respectfully, she responded with attitude, rolled her eyes, and seemed very dismissive. My sister calmly acknowledged that it might have been a busy night, but also mentioned that it wasn’t appropriate to treat customers with such disrespect. In response, the employee abruptly slammed the drive-thru window shut and locked it mid-conversation — a completely unnecessary and unprofessional action.
We understand that restaurant staff can be under pressure, but customer service should never suffer as a result. This experience left a very negative impression and made us feel disrespected and unwelcome. We hope this feedback helps improve service at this location in the future.

You guys need to do better. the last few times I’ve gone there The large fries are filled up halfway so I should’ve gotten a medium and they’re not hot. The food is very skimp. barely put any lettuce cheese or tomato on the sandwiches. And the chicken fries are drier than the Sahara desert. McDonald’s in Roosevelt is actually serving better than ya smh.

Burger King has fallen. I got a Whopper Jr. for the first time in 20 years. They used to be kinda great. The one I had today was tiny, flat, and a pale version of the burger it used to be. I did not enjoy the experience nor the price. The folks working there were great but this once fast food treat has become a victim of capitalism and corporate greed. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Bring back the old Whooper Jr! Until then the verdict is BK sucks. Go to five guys or Shake Shack.
