Thanks to the phenomenal work of Burger King and the Towing company they’ve been able to clean up Burger King parking lot. Over the past couple of years I did not feel safe dining at Burger King with my children, but now I feel confident enough to park there and walk inside without getting mugged. I would also like to mention that the manager of Burger King is very nice and professional. Keep up the good work!

Services was decent. Order was ok. My issue was I ordered 12 piece mozzarella sticks unfortunately, I only received 10. I would never think of counting the amount before I leave however, now I know better

We had a very disappointing experience at this Burger King location in Freeport, NY. The woman working the drive-thru, who mentioned she was the manager — I believe her name was Valerie — was extremely rude and unprofessional.

When we received our order, several items were missing. We politely informed her, but instead of addressing the issue respectfully, she responded with attitude, rolled her eyes, and seemed very dismissive. My sister calmly acknowledged that it might have been a busy night, but also mentioned that it wasn’t appropriate to treat customers with such disrespect. In response, the employee abruptly slammed the drive-thru window shut and locked it mid-conversation — a completely unnecessary and unprofessional action.

We understand that restaurant staff can be under pressure, but customer service should never suffer as a result. This experience left a very negative impression and made us feel disrespected and unwelcome. We hope this feedback helps improve service at this location in the future.
