So I’m not one to usually leave a review on Uber Eats order, but I decided to try this place out tonight and I was extremely hungry and all I could say was a disappointment. The beans were super watery which means you’re being cheap by adding way too much water and then I also ordered the beef stew and the chicken stew. The beef stew was hard, not tender at all, and the chicken stew had more bones than me two chicken wings like who put wings and a stew, and then pieces of chicken breast that were super dry. I will never order from them again what a disappointment. I had to spit my food out.

TerribleTheir customer service are terrible and they do not know how to talk to customerI called and they let me on old for 1 hour 20 minutes and I can literally hear them talking in the back when she finally answer first thing she said to me was the wait for delivery is 1 h I told her it’s ok ad then she change it to 1h and half I told her I don’t care I just want to orderThen she proceeded to tell me that they are busy and hanged up the phone on meAs a regular customer that’s not the first time that happen and I gave them a zero as recommendations because they be rude and do not know how to talk to people

I ordered yesterday yuca and cheese (no onions) and a 2lt pepsi. I received my food as I asked but got a can of pepsi. I called and Morena said when I order again, call, and they will add the 2lt soda…today I did as she said…I called, after putting my order in with ubereats…the lady I spoke too said fine she will add to my order…well I didn’t get the soda my food has onions when I said no onions…I call and all I heard was excuses…ubereats charges to much money for some yuca and cheese for the restaurant to get wrong twice in a row….doesn’t matter how you put your order in these ppl do what they want. I will never order there again…they could keep their onions and pepsi cause I’m not dealing with them anymore….same with pollo campero…..the nerve of these companies getting orders wrong. I recommend NO DISH.

I ordered takeout through Uber eats and was very unhappy with my order. I ordered two orders of Mangu with different sides and 1/2 baked chicken with rice and beans. For starters, the mangu was disgustingly thick and not smashed well as there were huge chunks of plantains in it. It was supposed to come with two eggs and only came with one, so I ended up cooking more eggs to replace, and I asked for extra cheese instead of salami and they still sent salami. Then, instead of sending me half a baked chicken, they sent me pollo guisado. I just don't get it. Somebody was reading it as they added the onions to the mangu, but obviously not well enough. Entire order wrong! This was a $50 dollar order, and Uber only refunded a portion of it so this is upsetting. Never ordering from here again!
