Got takeout here for a small family gathering I had. Everyone loved the food and asked where I got it from. I got 3 combos which fed about 3 people each, as stated by the restaurant. This place gives you flavor like never before. Make sure you dip the tostones in their garlic sauce for more of a savory taste.

I’ve been going to this restaurant for years & felt the food was very tasty & drinks on point. When you eat in. The service sucks if you’re picking up because they see you standing there .. don’t greet you & yes I understand if they’re busy but acknowledge that I’m there. As soon as I picked up the chicken soup , I noticed from the pale color it wasn’t right. Get home taste it .. watery no flavor . Maybe it was a bad night 🤷🏻♀️

Horrendous customer service at this restaurant. Pickup orders are NEVER ready on time. Employees have no sense of urgency in preparing orders, especially in the order that the orders have been placed. They couldn’t care less if you’ve been waiting there for an hour. They’ll prioritize a customer who just walked in, rather than the order you’ve been waiting on for 15+ minutes. They show no remorse for wasting people’s time. They’re impolite, rude, cold, and unfriendly, ESPECIALLY if they can tell that you’re not Latino.
In addition, there was a drunk, disorderly man inside the restaurant, constantly yelling incoherently and making a scene. The employees didn’t do anything about him at all. I felt like I was in a restaurant that doubles as a homeless shelter.
