So I’m not one to usually leave a review on Uber Eats order, but I decided to try this place out tonight and I was extremely hungry and all I could say was a disappointment. The beans were super watery which means you’re being cheap by adding way too much water and then I also ordered the beef stew and the chicken stew. The beef stew was hard, not tender at all, and the chicken stew had more bones than me two chicken wings like who put wings and a stew, and then pieces of chicken breast that were super dry. I will never order from them again what a disappointment. I had to spit my food out.

I had the white rice with chicken I drove 40 min to try there food for the first time The lady at the cashier can't count an will mess up ur order she try to charge me $17 extra I'm glad I caught it then when I finally get home from another 40 min drive I start to eat my food just to bite down on a small black rock I took it back an they argued with me for me to get a refund an the lady at the cashier of course messed up my receipt so we had to straighten that out first then I asked where is the boss I need to speak to them an of course they said he or she is not there That somthing needs to be done for me for going threw this craziness the didn't offer me nothing after arguing with them they ask me what do I want for them to do I ask at the very least give me $20 I would like $20 for my gas coming back and forth here twice They refused and offered me a bottle of water Then I started telling customers to make sure they check there receipt an make sure there paying for what they ordered an nothing extra an to check the food because I almost broke my teeth or could've swallowed that rock Then I turned to the employees an ask $20 is worth more than my life or my teeth right? Then one male employee finally had enough and gave me $20 so I can get home Check your orders and check the food before eating it

TerribleTheir customer service are terrible and they do not know how to talk to customerI called and they let me on old for 1 hour 20 minutes and I can literally hear them talking in the back when she finally answer first thing she said to me was the wait for delivery is 1 h I told her it’s ok ad then she change it to 1h and half I told her I don’t care I just want to orderThen she proceeded to tell me that they are busy and hanged up the phone on meAs a regular customer that’s not the first time that happen and I gave them a zero as recommendations because they be rude and do not know how to talk to people

I ordered yesterday yuca and cheese (no onions) and a 2lt pepsi. I received my food as I asked but got a can of pepsi. I called and Morena said when I order again, call, and they will add the 2lt soda…today I did as she said…I called, after putting my order in with ubereats…the lady I spoke too said fine she will add to my order…well I didn’t get the soda my food has onions when I said no onions…I call and all I heard was excuses…ubereats charges to much money for some yuca and cheese for the restaurant to get wrong twice in a row….doesn’t matter how you put your order in these ppl do what they want. I will never order there again…they could keep their onions and pepsi cause I’m not dealing with them anymore….same with pollo campero…..the nerve of these companies getting orders wrong. I recommend NO DISH.

I ordered takeout through Uber eats and was very unhappy with my order. I ordered two orders of Mangu with different sides and 1/2 baked chicken with rice and beans. For starters, the mangu was disgustingly thick and not smashed well as there were huge chunks of plantains in it. It was supposed to come with two eggs and only came with one, so I ended up cooking more eggs to replace, and I asked for extra cheese instead of salami and they still sent salami. Then, instead of sending me half a baked chicken, they sent me pollo guisado. I just don't get it. Somebody was reading it as they added the onions to the mangu, but obviously not well enough. Entire order wrong! This was a $50 dollar order, and Uber only refunded a portion of it so this is upsetting. Never ordering from here again!

Absolute Abysmal Customer service. The workers have an extreme attitude problem and make disturbing faces when placing an order. They make the most simple of orders (rice, platanos, and chicken) take over 10 minutes long and put inappropriate portions of contents into the plate. Very rude workers, especially the two women serving the food over the counter. This place needs to seriously step up their staff customer service skills. Also NOT VETERAN FRIENDLY. They do not care, and god forbid you don't know pure spanish, they will skimp your plate and give you the wrong items just for not knowing eloquent spanish. I will never come here again and will not refer anyone to this place.
