I've always had a pleasant experience ordering from here. They have an automated phone system to process your order that is very helpful. It keeps my previous order information on file so I don't always have to repeat myself when getting my favorite pineapple and ham pizza ! My order was completed on time for pick up all but one time. in my most recent I was given a coupon pamphlet with discounts I can use towards my next order. Overall a great experience. Would recommend

Absolutely terrible. I asked for an uncut pizza and it came out with so much salt so I wasn’t able to eat much of it. I also took a bite and took a bit of sausage and had to run to the toilet and chuck up. I said uncut so they won’t contaminate the pizza and they did so anyways. 100% horrible I do not recommend.

I am very disappointed with the way I was serviced yesterday. I called to place my order for delivery but of course you don’t speak with an automated customer service representative. I clearly said for delivery and I gave them my address. After waiting over and hour I called to check the status and automated system transfer me to the store . The guy who answered the phone was very rude and said that I set it up for pick up . I clearly did not ! Calls are recorded and monitored so why not just check that instead making it seem like it was my mistake . Anyways I asked him to please deliver it and I want a fresh pie . When my delivery finally arrived it was not fresh it was cold so he definitely gave me the pizza that was just sitting there waiting . So disappointed. Never ordering again .

As much as I hate bad reviews, and also knowing that they often have different employees on each shift, but last night lets just say I hated my pizza even more. I Ask for well done chicken, to pass it twice in the oven, thats not what I got, I ordered pizza they were so dry , cuts un-even, and the fact that im 5 minutes from the store, i got my pizza was cold it was ridiculous, the pizza dough was so thick, i ordered coke was delivered sprite....waist of my money......if you desperate and dont have a car be my guests, but In an order word for me I will continue ordering my pizza else where and go pick it up.
