My order was incorrect. I specifically requested an iced latte light with ice and avocado toast with bacon. However, my avocado toast was served with lacked bacon and ice latte was excessive ice.

very long line and only 2 workers in the whole cafe, they probably had to rush to make everyones drinks. they gave my mom and sister the same drink when they ordered slightly different things, and my sister's had 2 more pumps than what she asked for. my drink tasted really good, but it had a BUNCH of ice from the very bottom of the drink to the top even tho i asked for light ice; I noticed that all of the signature lattes made also had ridiculous levels of ice.

I feel like I was discriminated at this Dunkin. I placed my order. Someone else comes in after me and as soon as I see this person they make his order and make me wait. I feel like I was discriminated due to race. You will never have to worry about me and your establishment ever again

Today 7/26 I mobile ordered a coffee donut and cheddar bagel twist, my coffee and donut were ready and someone told me the bagel twist will be out but I was standing there for 10 mins waiting for the bagel twist and some other customer came in while I was still waiting and ordered at the counter and ordered a bagel twist and they gave the bagel twist to her when I ordered first and was waiting for 10 mins, I told them that too and said I just wanted a refund and than they were all talking to each other and the same lady asked me what else I wanted and I said I told you I just wanted a refund and I said you know what forget it I can’t wait anymore for anything else( due to me being an EMT and I had just gotten a call I needed to leave) so I left without a refund or anything from them since I was already waiting there for 10 mins and they gave someone else the last item I ordered way before she came into the store

Bathroom lacked soap. Several fruit flies spotted. However staff we’re friendly and accommodating.
They are rude they hung up the phone on me twice when I ask him if they saw my dentures I left them in the bathroom

Horrible experience here I’m a pretty honest in saying this location has no common sense at all when I go to Starbucks they have the name listed with my order it’s so easy to pick up unlike over here they tall out there order than some customers have the same order I rushed to grab my food when it was for another person I felt embarrassed shame on DD part I feel like they owe me
